Grab 公布董事會人事調整 強調公司治理的獨立性

Grab正式宣布，Uber Technologies, Inc. 執行長 Dara Khosrowshahi 已於 2026 年 7 月 6 日正式辭去Grab董事會董事職務。Grab一直以來維持著嚴格且獨立的公司治理架構，而在此架構下， Dara Khosrowshahi 過去已主動迴避所有與台灣事務相關的董事會討論及決策。此次董事會調整，進一步彰顯 Grab 致力於在擬收購 foodpanda 台灣業務案中，維持健全且獨立公司治理架構的承諾。
Grab 是一家由創辦人主導的公司，在雙重股權結構下，集團執行長暨共同創辦人陳炳耀持有過半數投票權。因此，Grab 所有重大的策略決策均由其位於新加坡的管理團隊獨立制定。
Dara Khosrowshahi 於 2018 年 Uber 將其東南亞業務出售予 Grab 後加入 Grab 董事會。作為非執行董事，他負責履行董事會的監督職責，並未參與 Grab 的日常管理或營運。
本次董事會調整後，Grab 董事會共由六名董事組成，其中四名為獨立董事。

COVID-19 has dealt an unprecedented blow to the tourism industry, affecting the livelihoods of millions of workers. One of them was Komsan, an assistant chef in a luxury hotel based in the Srinakarin area.
As the number of tourists at the hotel plunged, he decided to sign up as a GrabFood delivery-partner to earn an alternative income. Soon after, the hotel ceased operations.
Komsan has viewed this change through an optimistic lens, calling it the perfect opportunity for him to embark on a fresh journey after his previous job. Aside from GrabFood deliveries, he now also picks up GrabExpress jobs. It can get tiring, having to shuttle between different locations, but Komsan finds it exciting. And mostly, he’s glad to get his income back on track.
