Terms & conditions

Offsetting orders with points:

  • Applies to GrabFood and GrabMart orders only.

  • Points cannot be used for orders paid in cash, orders placed through a business profile, group orders, or orders under “GrabFood For One.”

5% back in points on Mondays:

  • Users will earn 5% back in GrabRewards points for orders placed with Grab Signatures merchants on GrabFood, or when hosting a Group Order on GrabFood, regardless of the payment method used, except for cash payments, where points will not be awarded.

  • Promo is valid every Monday, between 00:00 to 23:59.

  • To qualify for Grab Signatures orders, a minimum spend of $20 is required. GrabRewards points earned for Signatures orders are capped at 3,000 points per order. 

  • To qualify for the Group Order offer, a minimum spend of $30 is required, along with at least 3 members (including the Host) in the Group Order. GrabRewards points earned for Group Orders are capped at 4,500 points per order.

  • To be eligible for the points back, users must apply the offer prior to checkout. Limited redemptions available. 

  • For Group Orders, the Host will receive 5% back in GrabRewards points based on the total Group Order bill, irrespective of the payment method used or how the bill was split among Group members.

  • The 5% back in points is not stackable for both Group Orders and Grab Signatures orders. If a user hosts a Group Order with a Grab Signatures merchant, the user will only be eligible to receive 5% back in points on either the Group Order bill or the Grab Signatures order, but not both.

Grab Dine Out Bookings:

  • Earning of points will be limited to two Grab Dine Out bookings per user, per day, based on the date of the booking.

  • Points will be credited to users’ accounts within 72 hours of their visit.

GXS Debit Card:

*Applicable only for payments with GXS Debit Card. Valid for overseas Grab rides, GrabFood & GrabMart orders, and GrabExpress deliveries, where available in the destination country. Pointsback will be reflected in the Grab app upon successful transaction. Valid between 1 Dec 2024 – 31 Dec 2025. A GXS Savings Account is required for applications for the GXS Debit Card. You can now redeem points instantly on your GrabFood or GrabMart order as long as you meet the minimum points balance of 50 points (≈ S$0.10). Simply tap on the toggle in the checkout page. Can’t see the toggle? Make sure your Grab app is updated to the latest version.

You can now earn bonus points when you:

  • Place Grab Signatures orders on GrabFood on Mondays (bonus 5% back in points)
  • Host Group Orders on GrabFood on Mondays (bonus 5% back in points)
  • Book and dine with Grab Dine Out (1,000 bonus points)

Yes! You are eligible to earn GrabRewards points when you use Grab services across Southeast Asia (excluding Indonesia which uses OVO points), including Grab rides, GrabFood, GrabExpress, and more. Do note that the amount of GrabRewards points you earn outside your home country will depend on the earn rate of the country you are visiting.

GrabRewards Points are only awarded if a transaction is made with your GrabPay Wallet. All you need to do is top-up your GrabPay Wallet and pay now or pay later on Grab Services, online or in-store at our merchant-partners.

COVID-19 has dealt an unprecedented blow to the tourism industry, affecting the livelihoods of millions of workers. One of them was Komsan, an assistant chef in a luxury hotel based in the Srinakarin area.

As the number of tourists at the hotel plunged, he decided to sign up as a GrabFood delivery-partner to earn an alternative income. Soon after, the hotel ceased operations.

Komsan has viewed this change through an optimistic lens, calling it the perfect opportunity for him to embark on a fresh journey after his previous job. Aside from GrabFood deliveries, he now also picks up GrabExpress jobs. It can get tiring, having to shuttle between different locations, but Komsan finds it exciting. And mostly, he’s glad to get his income back on track.
