Grab, the leading ride-hailing platform in Southeast Asia is putting their service level to the test with their latest 100% RIDE GUARANTEE! campaign.
Kicking off on November 17, 2016, Grab is inviting all consumers to test the efficiency of their GrabCar services by encouraging their consumers to book a GrabCar (via cash or card) in high traffic and in-demand areas. And if they do not get one, Grab will offer the next GrabCar ride FREE up to RM8 off*.
The areas** that are being tested include Bangsar, KL Sentral, Mont Kiara, Sri Hartamas, Bandar Utama, Taman Tun Doktor Ismail, Damansara Uptown and even popular malls like Mid Valley Megamall, The Gardens, Publika and 1 Utama Shopping Centre.
How does it work? Simple!
Step 1: Power up your Grab App and select GrabCar (Economy)
Step 2: Key in your pick-up and drop off point
Step 3: Click book.
Step 4: Wait for your driver
And if you do not get a ride (that’s when you see the message in the app that states “Sorry, we couldn’t find you a driver”) twice in a row, passengers will receive an SMS with a promo code for the next free ride.
In fact, to kick-up the ante, Grab is offering a special promotion to users in Klang Valley to test this multi-service platform. For the first week of the campaign (Nov 17 – Nov 23), all passengers in Klang Valley can enjoy RM5 off 2 rides.
This challenge is part of Grab’s on-going assurance to their consumers ever since the homegrown brand was introduced in 2012. Over the years the brand has indeed broken boundaries to outserve their consumers to offer efficient, comfortable, convenient, safer and pocket-friendly transportation options through constant innovation of their app and features. All this is part of Grab’s commitment to transform the transportation service and industry in Malaysia for both drivers and passengers.
This challenge also signifies the confidence Grab has in their drivers, who have opted for Grab as their ride hailing service of choice to help improve their financial standing due to the carefully-thought-out incentive plans and benefits for their drivers
Prioritising their drivers, who are also regarded as Grab Partners, Grab has been constantly evolving their benefits and features to ensure not just the financial gains of their partners are being considered, but also their welfare and safety.
