Need more assistance in signing up as a merchant with us? Just book an appointment at our Grab Driver Centre (GDC), and meet our sales representatives who will personally assist you with your queries.

How to secure an appointment at the GDC:

GrabMart is an on-demand everyday goods delivery service.

You can now buy groceries, packaged food, healthcare products, beauty products, gifts and many more via the Grab app and have it delivered to you in 30 minutes.

We help drive additional business to your store! Working with us allows you to tap into millions of consumers on Grab, allowing you to extend your business into the online space!

You will need to provide the following documents to become a Merchant-partner:

1. Copy of Business Documents – SSM Form D or 9,24,49

Yes, there will be a service fee on every order you receive through Grab. Please note that this service fee is subject to prevailing SST.

*Merchant may request to discuss the service fee’s with sales representatives but please note that commercial terms changes subject to Grab’s.

The service fee collected by Grab ensures our delivery partners are fairly paid and enables us to provide platform services for online food ordering and delivery.

The majority of our Merchant-Partners service fee goes towards paying our delivery-partners. We believe our delivery partners need this boost to cover their time, distance travelled and efforts adequately. We pay the majority of our service fee to our delivery-partners, on top of the delivery fee paid by consumers, which also goes to them.

The remainder, if any, is used to cover operating costs, which includes delivery partner insurance, safety equipments (facemask etc), GrabRewards, cashless payment transaction costs (eg. credit card charges of 1% to 3% of the transaction value), product and service improvements, marketing cost and backend manpower like customer service for merchants, consumers and delivery partners.

Yes, Merchant shall guarantee that all Retail Prices of Meals offered on the Grab App are substantially similar to the prices offered by Merchant to consumers through its own platform, channel or facility.

Yes, you can as long as your business has all the necessary documents required

If you meet the criteria stated in the Terms and Conditions, you will be automatically enrolled in the GrabMart Small Business Programme.

You will be automatically enrolled in the GrabMart Small Business Week campaign, which is held every month and lasts for one week each time. This campaign is fully funded by Grab to support you while you grow your business with Grab.

2. GrabPay users are eligible for a “RM8 rebate” in your “My Rewards” when you spend a minimum of RM88 on a single receipt via GrabPay Wallet.
3. The offer of “RM8 rebate” is limited to a total of 62,500 redemptions throughout the campaign period.
4. Offer is valid for TWO (2) in-store redemptions with a cap of ONE(1) redemption per user per day throughout the campaign. Shared across AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, and AEON Wellness throughout the campaign period. 
5. 6. The campaign will cease once all redemptions have been fully awarded or at the expiration of the campaign period, whichever is earlier.
7. Offer is based on a first come first served and while stocks last basis only.
8. Grab and AEON Group shall not be under any obligation to inform users, on any communication channels once the offer has been fully redeemed.
9. Offer is only available for AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, and AEON Wellness physical stores purchases at cashier counter only via GrabPay Wallet; offer is not applicable for online or GrabMart purchases.
10. Offer is not exchangeable for cash or replacements.

13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising out of or in connection with promotion shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Malaysia.
