Advanced booking is not currently available for Hire service.

No, travelling out of Singapore is not allowed.

Please note that our drivers have been instructed to cancel bookings with such requests.

Cashless payment methods are accepted (e.g. Credit or Debit Card or GrabPay Credits).

This is a temporary hold on funds on your credit or debit card or GrabPay Credits. For instance, when you make a booking using card payment, the bank will “hold” money on behalf of Grab to ensure there are enough funds to be charged at the end of the ride.

ERP, toll fees, fuel and standard parking fees are all included upfront in the fixed fare.

However, please note that additional charges (if any) like valet parking fee, location surcharge (e.g. Sentosa island admission fee) and midnight surcharge will be applicable. These charges will be added at the end of your booking.

Midnight surcharge for GrabCar Premium 4 seater, GrabCar Premium 6 seater, GrabCoach 9 seater and GrabCoach 13 seater rides is charged at $10 per trip for bookings from 12.00am – 6.00am daily.

 

We suggest that you discuss your route with your Grab driver at the beginning of your booking on what is a realistic numbers of stops and distance you can cover on your booking.

Please note that your Grab driver is not allowed to perform any form of delivery, shuttling or moving services. Our drivers are instructed to cancel bookings with such requests.

Your booking will start when you meet your driver and get into the vehicle. Please note that standard cancellation policy and waiting charges is applicable on Hire bookings.

GrabCar Premium: Your driver will wait for up to 5 minutes for you. After this grace time, you will be charged $5 per 5 mins block that your driver is waiting for you.

GrabCoach: Your driver will wait for up to 5 minutes for you. After this grace time, you will be charged $10 per 15 mins block that your driver is waiting for you.

When your booking begins, the end timing will be shared with you via GrabChat in your app.

While you may end your booking early, please note that no partial refunds will be given.

You may extend your booking as long as your driver is available and willing to accommodate your request.

Please note that overtime fee is chargeable per minute, and will be automatically charged at the end of your booking.
