Receive timely notifications once your driver is assigned, ensuring you are always in the loop. Your driver is guaranteed to arrive promptly or even ahead of schedule, offering you the convenience of an on-time ride every time.

Free cancellations up to 1 hour before

Changed plans? You can cancel your taxi advance booking for free as long as you do so at least 60 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. If a driver cancels, we'll bump you up the list and have another on standby. Enjoy flexibility without worrying about extra charges for your taxi pre-booking.

This feature allows you to secure rides for early morning departures, midnight bookings, or trips during odd hours effortlessly.

You will be notified once a driver has been assigned to your booking.

If your plans change, you can cancel your booking up to 1 hour before your pickup

Arrive on time

Your driver will arrive early and wait for you for up to 15 minutes starting from the indicated pickup time.

Need to contact your driver? Use the in-app chat to speak to your driver up to 45 minutes before your ride starts.

  • When can I make an Advance Booking?

    Advance Booking allows you to schedule Grab rides between 2 hours to 7 days ahead of time so you can travel and catch your flight with a peace of mind.

  • Can I cancel an Advance Booking?

    You can cancel an Advance Booking at no charge up to 1 hour before the start of the ride. However, the fare will not be refundable if you cancel within 1 hour of the scheduled pickup time.

  • Can I edit/ adjust my booking if my plans change?

    If you need to make adjustments to your Advance Booking such as the date, time, or location, please cancel your booking and create a new one.

  • What happens if my driver doesn't arrive on time?

    You will receive timely updates about the status of your driver when they are on their way to you. In case there's any delay and your driver arrives later than your scheduled pick-up time you will receive a voucher for your next ride.

COVID-19 has dealt an unprecedented blow to the tourism industry, affecting the livelihoods of millions of workers. One of them was Komsan, an assistant chef in a luxury hotel based in the Srinakarin area.

As the number of tourists at the hotel plunged, he decided to sign up as a GrabFood delivery-partner to earn an alternative income. Soon after, the hotel ceased operations.

Komsan has viewed this change through an optimistic lens, calling it the perfect opportunity for him to embark on a fresh journey after his previous job. Aside from GrabFood deliveries, he now also picks up GrabExpress jobs. It can get tiring, having to shuttle between different locations, but Komsan finds it exciting. And mostly, he’s glad to get his income back on track.
