You will need to provide your business ACRA documentation, bank account statement, and NRIC / Passport details.

Once received, we will process your documents and get back to your within 5 business days. Once approved we will send over the QR sticker and you can start accepting payments.

To update your bank information, please contact merchantsupport.sg@grab.com and provide a copy of your bank statement or cheque book.

When you cash out, your funds will be auto swept when they hit the agreed limit and/or at end of day, every day.
