Rejoin Grab as a Driver-Partner if you:
- Are registered on other Grab verticals (Grab Deliveries, GrabHitch, etc)
- Had your PDVL/TDVL expire previously
- Had your road tax expire previously
- Have been inactive on Grab for more than 1 year

- All other incentives such as emerald circle incentives will NOT be applicable throughout this incentive period.
- Any drivers who are new to GrabTaxi, reactivating their accounts or switching from Grab’s delivery or hitch services is eligible for this New Joiner Incentive.
- Applicable to Standard(JustGrab, Standard, GrabCar, GrabShare, FixedFare Taxi). MyDestination trips are excluded. Standard Taxi trips are excluded unless driver completes Co-Pilot Training Program.
- Standard | Metered Taxi jobs will only be included as part of trip count after driver has completed a Co-Pilot Training Program within the first 2 weeks of Activation. Sign up here
- Standard taxi rides will not be reflected
- Incentives will only be offered to applicants who submit the required documents through the process mentioned above. Any other form of submissions will not be entertained.
- All driver-partners have to maintain an Driver Rating of 4.7, Acceptance rate of above 90% and a Cancellation rate of below 10%. Failure to meet these requirements will result in bonus ineligibility.
- Successful applicants will receive an SMS confirmation of participation. Incentive will start on the next Monday.
- Each incentive week starts Monday and ends Sunday.
- Driver-partners with previously terminated accounts will not be entertained.
- Grab reserves the right to alter or amend the mechanics at any point in time. Any disputes beyond 30 calendar days from the last day of the incentive schemes will not be entertained.
- All new sign-ups must be activated between 15 September to 19 October 2025 to be eligible for this bonus.
- The new joiner incentive will commence one week after your activation with a vehicle. If a driver is activated without a vehicle, the incentive will not begin until the vehicle details have been updated and approved. In such cases, Week 1 of the incentive will start the week following the approval.

- Mandatory Co-Pilot Training: Drivers must complete the Co-Pilot training program within 28 days from activation week to qualify for the full rebate on *Grab Service Fee for up to 50 Trips. The incentive program will commence on the following week after the completion of Co-Pilot training. Example: If the training is completed during the week of 15 September, the program will begin on 22 September.
- Drivers who complete the Co‑Pilot course Monday through Friday will see their incentive in the app the following Monday. Drivers who complete the Co‑Pilot course on Saturday or Sunday will see their incentive starting Tuesday.
- Payout: The total rebate of the Grab Service Fee will be calculated and paid within 2-3 working days after the end of the 28-day new joiner period. Example: If a driver joins Grab during the week of 15 to 21 September, their new joiner period will run for 28 days, ending on 19 October. If the driver completes the co-pilot training on Week of 15 September, up to 50 Trips completed between 22 September and 19 October will have their Grab Service Fee rebated after 20 October, within 2-3 working days.
- Trip Completion Requirement: Drivers are required to complete up to 50 trips within the designated 28-day time frame. For drivers who complete the co-pilot program partway through their 28-day period, the trip requirement will apply to the remaining duration of their new joiner period. Example: For training completed on week of 15 September, the completion period will run from 23 September to 19 October
