With effect from 23 February 2023, drivers with vehicles aged 10 years and older may also continue to apply to join us, with applications reviewed on a case-by-case basis (to ensure the upholding of high safety standards for vehicles onboard our platform). Driver Referral Bonus - New Joiners for GrabCar/Taxi/Hourly Rental
Grab reserves the right to withdraw or amend and/or alter any part or the whole terms and conditions of the new driver bonus at any time without prior notice.
For Reactivated Driver Partners (Reboarding):
- Referral of Reactivated Driver Partners [PHV and Taxi] are eligible for this incentive. The referee can start driving immediately.

Provisionary Reactivated Driver Partners are driver partners who were previously dormant due to :
✓ Expired PDVL / TDVL
✓ Expired Road Tax
✓ Inactivity for more than 1 year

How to Refer?
Simply have the Referee include your e-mail address on the sign-up form.
Terms and Conditions
- This referral sign up bonus will be applicable to only existing Driver-Partners or Delivery-Partners.
- When the referee completes the required number of job, the completed tier reward will be credited to referrer’s cash wallet on the following week’s Thursday.

- This incentive is only applicable if the referee is new to GrabCar/GrabTaxi/Grab Hourly Rental, reactivating their accounts or switching from Grab’s delivery or hitch services is eligible for this New Joiner Incentive.
- Incentives will only be offered to applicants who submit the required documents through the process mentioned above. Any other form of submissions will not be entertained.
- Referred Driver-Partners have to maintain an Driver Rating of 4.7, Acceptance rate of above 90% and a Cancellation rate of below 10%. Failure to meet these requirements will result in bonus ineligibility.
- Driver-partners with previously terminated accounts will not be entertained.
- Grab reserves the right to alter or amend the mechanics at any point in time.
- All new sign-ups must be activated from 1 Apr 2024 to 28 Apr 2024 to be eligible for this bonus.
