Terms & Conditions: GrabCoins Millionaire X PayLater by Grab

How to Participate:

Use PayLater by Grab to make eligible payments online or in-store during the Campaign Period. For every RM200 spent  in a single receipt using PayLater, Participant will earn one (1) entry for a chance to win 1,000,000 GrabCoins (the “campaign”).

Campaign Period:

  1. The Contest will run from 19 Jan 2026, 12.00am to 15 Feb 2026, 11.59pm – Malaysian Time GMT+8 (“Campaign Period”). 
  2. Any participation after the Campaign Period shall no longer be entitled for any Entry. 
  3. Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to amend, modify, discontinue, or terminate the campaign at any time prior to the expiry of the campaign period without giving any prior notice, and no compensation in cash or in kind shall be given. 

Winners Selection / Notification:

  1. Two (2) winners will be selected each week, with a total of eight (8) winners to be awarded throughout the Campaign Period.
  2. Winners will be determined based on system-generated entries, specifically the 8,888th and 18,888th valid entries recorded by Grab’s system each week.
  3. The winner will be contacted by Grab within three (3) working days of the relevant campaign week via a call and an email, subject to the discretion of Grab, for further instructions regarding the process of receiving their Rewards. If required by Grab, the winner shall acknowledge and/or respond within the stipulated timeframe specified in the communication (whether by call or email). Failure to comply with such requirement may result in disqualification, and Grab reserves the right to award the Reward to another winner.
  4. Grab shall not be held liable if a winner cannot be contacted for any reason.
  5. Grab reserves the right, at its discretion, to invite winners to attend a session at Grab’s office or another designated location for verification, photography, videography, or media recording purposes.
  6. Winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity, marketing, or promotional activities, including but not limited to the use of their name, image, likeness, photographs, videos, and statements for Campaign-related announcements across Grab’s platforms without any additional compensation.

Rewards:

  1. Each winner of this Campaign is entitled to receive 1,000,000 GrabCoins (the “Reward”)
  2. The Reward will be granted on a one (1) time basis only.
  3. The terms of use of the Reward will be governed by additional terms and conditions as may be specified by Grab in connection with the Reward.
  4. The Reward must be redeemed and utilized exclusively within the Grab App and shall expire six (6) months from the date it is credited to the winner’s Grab account.
  5. Reward is strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, non-cumulative, non-transferable, and cannot be redeem for cash, credit or other rewards.
  6. The Reward is non-convertible to cash or any monetary value and must be redeemed and utilized within the stipulated validity period. Should the Reward remain partially or fully unused upon the expiry of the validity period, the unused portion shall be forfeited. No extensions, compensation, or reimbursement of any forfeited Reward, whether in cash or in kind, will be provided under any.
  7. By participating in this campaign, you hereby consent to Grab,and/or such third-party appointed by Grab, collecting and processing your personal data to give full effect to this Campaign, for the express purpose of informing you of your win and/or informing the public of a winner, including but not limited to sending communication to notify a win (in-app push notification, phone call and/or email), announcing your name/last 4 digits of your phone number, and/or releasing a photograph of you as the Grand Prize winner in our winner’s announcement.

1. Campaign period is from 15 January 2022 (12:00am) – 28 February 2022 (11.59pm).
2. GrabPay users are eligible for a “RM8 rebate” in your “My Rewards” when you spend a minimum of RM88 on a single receipt via GrabPay Wallet.
3. The offer of “RM8 rebate” is limited to a total of 62,500 redemptions throughout the campaign period.
4. Offer is valid for TWO (2) in-store redemptions with a cap of ONE(1) redemption per user per day throughout the campaign. Shared across AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, and AEON Wellness throughout the campaign period. 
5. The “RM8 rebate” will be awarded instantly with a minimum transaction of RM88 with GrabPay at all outlets of AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, AEON Wellness; The rebate can be found under “My Rewards”. Rebate must be redeemed by clicking “use now” under “My Rewards” 30 days from the date of issuance.
6. The campaign will cease once all redemptions have been fully awarded or at the expiration of the campaign period, whichever is earlier.
7. Offer is based on a first come first served and while stocks last basis only.
8. Grab and AEON Group shall not be under any obligation to inform users, on any communication channels once the offer has been fully redeemed.
9. Offer is only available for AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, and AEON Wellness physical stores purchases at cashier counter only via GrabPay Wallet; offer is not applicable for online or GrabMart purchases.
10. Offer is not exchangeable for cash or replacements.
11. Offer is not valid with any other voucher, discount or promotion.
12. Grab and AEON Group reserve the right to alter, extend or terminate the promotion, or amend the terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the promotion, the decision of Grab and AEON Group shall be final.
13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising out of or in connection with promotion shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Malaysia.
14. This rebate is non-transferable to any party.
