They are ready for any situation that may arise which is why they go through First Aid training as well as Defensive Rider Training so you are sure to be taken care of.

We train all our GrabCar drivers in First Aid, CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED). Defensive Driver Training and qualification is compulsory for all bikers in Indonesia.

An easy way to contact your driver.

GrabChat provides seamless two-way communication between you and your driver. You’re automatically sent the driver’s details and are able to chat with your driver without ever leaving the app.

We provide you with the driver’s name, licence plate, photo and rating so you know who’s picking you up. We’re big on ensuring privacy too, so all conversations you have on GrabChat with your driver is deleted once the journey is complete. In Malaysia, we also have PDRM’s Support with an in-app alert button to inform police immediately of any dire situations.
