Fullerton Health members like yourself, may sign up immediate family members of any nationality, via the Fullerton FHN3 mobile app. Simply refer to this sign-up manual for more information to get them onboard!
Membership is free, and members only need to pay for medical services incurred.
- Treatment which is medically not warranted, including treatment for conditions not generally regarded as medical illnesses;
- Experimental treatment and procedure under investigation;
- Cosmetic treatment including acne treatment and cosmetic surgery;
- Preventive treatment including vaccination and general health screening;
- Orthopaedic aids;
- Medical appliances such as splints, insoles, hot packs, guards and braces;
- Treatment of intentionally self-inflected injury or illness;
- Expenses incurred in relation to any type of therapy e.g. physiotherapy, occupational and speech therapy or dialysis;
- Prescription of health supplements, vitamins and minerals;
- Oral treatment and implants;
- Treatment and investigation relating to sexually transmitted diseases;
- Treatment arising directly and indirectly from abuse of drugs or alcohol;
- Treatment for obesity, weight reduction or weight improvement;
- Treatment and investigation for sleep disorder and psychiatric conditions;
- Treatment for refraction errors of the eyes;
- Treatment and investigations arising from pregnancy, miscarriage, childbirth, subfertility and infertility, abortion, contraception, impotence;
- Treatment for congenital abnormalities, including physical defects present from birth and developmental conditions;
