Overall of GRBeyond

  • You will then be considered as “Open Contract”.   • As the newly introduced GRBeyond will be a separate program from the previous, it will bring to you an improved set of benefits which replaces the previous entitlements. As such, your unclaimed benefits will not be carried forward to our new program. The new program has new and exciting benefits including additional weekly rental rebates, discounted rates for Vehicle Damage Protection Scheme, insurance and other perks. Check out your Grab in-app notification to find out what benefits you’re entitled for in our new program!

Rental Recovery

No. A doctor’s memo cannot be a substitute for a Medical/Hospitalisation Certificate, therefore your application will be rejected.

  • The payout will be made to Hirer’s Grab Credit Wallet on a reimbursement basis within 14 days working days from the date of approval if the application is successful and rental recovery payout is applicable. A notification will be sent once the reimbursement has been processed.
  • Only successful applicants will be contacted. If you do not hear from us within 14 working days from the time of application, you may assume that your application has been unsuccessful.

The reimbursement payout will be made to your Grab Driver Credit wallet.

Hirer will not be able to cash out the amount. This includes in the event of Grab Account termination.

Tiers & Rewards

You can earn stamps by fulfilling a variety of criteria such as being accident-free, fine-free, attending selected GrabRentals events, being on-time for servicing, and making payments on-time.

No AR/CR, DR or trip count requirements here!

GRBeyond has two tiers – Classic & Achiever.

You are automatically enrolled into the Classic tier when you rent from GrabRentals. You will attain the Achiever tier by earning 5 stamps over a given quarter.

Yes! We send out regular GrabRentals newsletters via email to update you on the total number of stamps you have accumulated & tier for that particular quarter.

You will automatically be subscribed to the emails as a GrabRentals hirer; hence, kindly make sure you have not unsubscribed from our email list in order to get the latest updates about your progress & GrabRentals news as well!

Unused stamps from the previous quarter will be forfeited and cannot be encashed or bring forward to the next quarter. We will be sending you reminders to utilise your remaining stamps either via email or SMS nearing the end of the quarter.

Stamps are valid for one quarter; hence, they will refresh every 3 months.

You can redeem rewards through our online reward redemption form (available from Jan 2021 onwards).

Upon approval, Grab credits will be topped up your credit wallet within 14 working days, while physical rewards like vouchers or car accessories must be claimed (also within 14 days) at the Grab Driver Centre at Midview City.

Merchant Deals & Discounts

Cashback Scheme

  • Only existing GrabRentals Hirer-Partners who are eligible for recontract and do so are eligible for the cashback scheme under the GRBeyond Loyalty Programme. No-Frills and Open contracts are not eligible.
  • Cashback payouts are made on a quarterly basis to the cash wallet. Usually on the last week of the first month of a new quarter.

GrabFood delivery-partner, Thailand

COVID-19 has dealt an unprecedented blow to the tourism industry, affecting the livelihoods of millions of workers. One of them was Komsan, an assistant chef in a luxury hotel based in the Srinakarin area.

As the number of tourists at the hotel plunged, he decided to sign up as a GrabFood delivery-partner to earn an alternative income. Soon after, the hotel ceased operations.

Komsan has viewed this change through an optimistic lens, calling it the perfect opportunity for him to embark on a fresh journey after his previous job. Aside from GrabFood deliveries, he now also picks up GrabExpress jobs. It can get tiring, having to shuttle between different locations, but Komsan finds it exciting. And mostly, he’s glad to get his income back on track.
