Terms and Conditions
- This incentive is only applicable for PHV Recommended Fleet Partner drivers who are new to GrabCar, reactivating their accounts or switching from Grab’s delivery or hitch services is eligible for this incentive.
- Must not have rented from Recommended Fleet Partners within the last 3 months.
- Any PHV drivers who are new to GrabCar or GrabCab will be required to go through Co-Pilot training and complete Co-Pilot training by 29 December 2025 by 5PM to be eligible for this incentive.
- Incentives applicable to the following taxi types: Standard (JustGrab), Standard | Car only, Standard | 6 seats, Standard | Kids (Age 1-7), Standard | Kids (Age 1-7) 6 seats, Standard | Kids (Age 4-7), Standard | Kids (Age 4-7) 6 seats, Saver | Share, Saver: Share, Standard: Car only, Standard: 6 seats, Standard: Kids (Age 1-7) 6 seats, Standard | Assistance with storage, Standard | Assistance with ramp, Standard | Pet, Standard | Pet 6 seats, Standard | Fixed Fare Taxi. MyDestination trips are NOT included.
- All driver-partners have to maintain an Driver Rating of 4.7, Acceptance rate of above 90%, Cancellation rate of below 10%. Failure to meet these requirements will result in bonus ineligibility.
- Only Auto-Accept completed jobs will be counted towards trip count.
- Successful applicants will receive an WhatsApp confirmation of participation.
- Have signed a minimum 4-months rental agreement and start date should be between 24 November 2025 to 29 December 2025 to be eligible for this bonus.
- Open contract will not be eligible for this bonus.
- Fleet Partners are required to submit driver details to Grab via the opt in form by 29 December 2025 to ensure driver eligibility.
- There will not be any pro-rated and/or retrospective payouts.
- Trips will start tabulating on 01 January 2026 for eligible driver-partners.
- Grab reserves the right to alter or amend the mechanics at any point in time. Any disputes beyond 30 calendar days from the last payout day of the incentive schemes will not be entertained.

Terms and Conditions
- The “Fleet Challenge” campaign is organised by GrabTaxi Pte Ltd and its affiliates (“Organiser”) and runs from 8 December 2025 00:00 – 31 December 2025 23:59 (“Contest Period”).
- Eligible Grab Recommended Fleet Partners Driver-partners who fulfil contest requirements stand a chance to win the following prizes:
- Weekly Prize
- Week 1 – cash wallet prize $1,500 shared among the team (Most Auto-Accept Jobs Completed Team)
- Week 2 – cash wallet prize $1,500 shared among the team (Most JustGrab, GrabPet Services and GrabFamily services Completed Team)
- Week 3 – cash wallet prize $1,500 shared among the team (Most 5-star Driver Rating Team)
- Grand Prize
- First Team – cash wallet prize $5,000 shared among the team
- Second Team – cash wallet prize $4,000 shared among the team
- Third Team – cash wallet prize $3,000 shared among the team
- Fourth Team – cash wallet prize $2,000 shared among the team
- Fifth Team – cash wallet prize $1,000 shared among the team
- Sixth to Tenth Team – cash wallet prize $500 per team to be shared among the team
- Weekly Prize
- The requirements to be eligible for the prize are as follows. Within the Contest Period:
- Weekly Prize
- Each individual driver-partner in the team needs to complete 105 trips
- Each individual team needs to complete 1,050 trips
- Grand Prize
- Each individual driver-partner in the team needs to complete 315 trips
- Each individual team needs to complete 3,150 trips
- All participating driver-partners have to maintain a Driver Rating of 4.7, an Acceptance rate of above 90% and a Cancellation rate of below 10%
- Driver-partners who have registered their interest to participate in the Fleet Challenge and have been selected by Grab to participate will be added to WhatsApp group chats with other members of their Fleet Challenge team. The teams will be determined by Grab.
- Weekly Prize
- The winners of the Fleet Challenge will be announced after the Contest Period, and winners will be notified via any means of communication deemed appropriate by Grab, including, but not limited to, in-app notification, call, SMS or email. Prizes of winners who are not contactable by 30 January 2026 will be forfeited (and disposed of, reallocated, or donated, all at Grab’s discretion), and no claims whatsoever for payment or compensation shall be entertained.
- All prizes are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Grab may, at its sole and absolute discretion, substitute any prize for another prize of similar value.
- Failure to fulfil, and/or breach of all or part of these terms and conditions, may result in a forfeiture or clawback of prizes.
- By participating in the Fleet Challenge or any component thereof, you represent that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions of all components of the Fleet Challenge. Prizes or rewards given out under this Fleet Challenge or any component thereof may be subject to separate terms and conditions.
- Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part or the whole of the terms and conditions of this Fleet Challenge or any component thereof at any time without giving any prior notice to the participants.
- The Organiser reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify any participant or reject qualifying participants deemed ineligible (be it under these Terms & Conditions or if the participant has engaged in conduct that the Organiser considers inappropriate or unacceptable).
- Grab’s decisions in any matter in relation to the Fleet Challenge, including the determination of the winners, shall be final and conclusive. Any request for appeal and review shall not be entertained.
- By participating in the Fleet Challenge, each participant consents to Grab’s collection, use, disclosure and otherwise processing of his/her personal data (e.g. name, phone number, email address, residential address, facial images) to facilitate the execution of the Fleet Challenge (including notifying the winners, announcing the winners on Grab’s online platforms, delivery/collection of prizes) and for advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other related purposes without compensation, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Grab Privacy Notice (https://www.grab.com/sg/terms-policies/privacy-notice/).
