Remember to do the following when redeeming your benefits:
- Be dressed in full Grab gear (official Grab T-Shirt)
- Show the merchant your delivery-partner app for verification purpose.
How to redeem a benefit:
- Offline redemption: Delivery-partners will need to be in GrabFood Gear, and show the Grab Driver App to the merchant for verification.
- Online redemption: Show the provided promo code to the respective merchants. No verification is required.

Weekly ERP Allowance for Trips in Downtown Zone

- Any manual ERP claims submitted by Sapphire delivery-partners will not be considered.
- Payment will be made on the first working day of the following week.

$10/20 OFF Purchase of GrabFood Gear
- Ruby delivery-partners are entitled to $10 OFF any purchase of GrabFood Gear.
- Sapphire and Diamond delivery-partners are entitled to $20 OFF any purchase of GrabFood Gear.
- Refer to the voucher code within the GrabBenefits tile within the driver application.
- Proceed to https://gfgears.grab.com/ and order your gears, before checking out, paste the voucher code copied from the driver application.
- This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and is valid for a single transaction only in each cycle.
- Any payment made will not be refundable if the voucher code (from in-app benefit) is not entered before checking out.

- Sapphire and Ruby delivery-partners are entitled to receive a GrabFood voucher on their birthday month (if it falls within their current cycle) with a validity period of 3 months from date of issuance.
- Sapphire tier: $50 OFF
- Ruby tier: $20 OFF

GrabFood delivery-partner, Thailand
COVID-19 has dealt an unprecedented blow to the tourism industry, affecting the livelihoods of millions of workers. One of them was Komsan, an assistant chef in a luxury hotel based in the Srinakarin area.
As the number of tourists at the hotel plunged, he decided to sign up as a GrabFood delivery-partner to earn an alternative income. Soon after, the hotel ceased operations.
Komsan has viewed this change through an optimistic lens, calling it the perfect opportunity for him to embark on a fresh journey after his previous job. Aside from GrabFood deliveries, he now also picks up GrabExpress jobs. It can get tiring, having to shuttle between different locations, but Komsan finds it exciting. And mostly, he’s glad to get his income back on track.
