What happens if I do not qualify for GSB?

Driver-Partners on Streak 2 or Streak 3, who are unable to qualify for GSB will be demoted to Streak 1 the following month.

Why are my advanced bookings and Premium hourly booking (eg. GrabCar Premium [2 Hours]) jobs not recording in the GSB incentive tracker?

The GSB incentive tracker will only track Auto-Accept jobs. Bookings completed from the booking planner are not Auto-Accept, thus are not recorded. However, they still qualify for GSB, and will be calculated for payout at the end of the month.

What is the difference between Acceptance Rating (AR) and Cancellation Rating (CR)?

Acceptance Rating (AR) is a rating to calculate the number of incoming jobs that a driver-partner accepts out of all the jobs that were assigned to the driver.

Cancellation Rating (CR) is the number of trips cancelled out of the total number of accepted trips by the driver-partner.

All jobs are counted towards Cancellation Rating (CR)/Acceptance Rating (AR)/Driver Rating (DR) calculation regardless of Auto-accept status.

Will rejecting GrabFood, GrabMart and GrabExpress jobs affect my Cancellation Rating (CR)?

No, as Cancellation Rating (CR) is determined by your Transport trips. The Cancellation Rating (CR) used for this rebate scheme is an independent Cancellation Rating (CR) for GrabFood, GrabMart, and GrabExpress.

Will a GrabTaxi driver-partner on Auto-accept receive GrabTaxi jobs if he/she is also on GrabCar?

Yes, Auto-accept will allow you to receive jobs from all GrabTaxi unless the GrabTaxi option is toggled off. GrabTaxi trips will not count towards the Streak Bonus but will count towards your Cancellation Rating (CR)/Acceptance Rating (AR)/Driver Rating (DR)

Will GrabTaxi and GrabHitch trips be counted towards Acceptance Rating (AR) and Cancellation Rating (CR)?

Yes, all GrabTaxi and GrabHitch trips will be counted towards Acceptance Rating (AR) and Cancellation Rating (CR). However, GrabTaxi and GrabHitch trips will not count towards Streak Bonus trips.

What are Auto-accept jobs?

Auto-accept will accept all jobs you’re eligible for; these will be counted as Auto-accept jobs. If a driver-partner does not turn on the Auto-accept feature, all jobs will be considered as Manual Accept and will not qualify for the Grab Streak Bonus.

Do I have to turn on Auto-accept Always On (AAAO) to qualify for the Grab Streak Bonus?

No, Auto-accept Always On (AAAO) does not have to be turned on to qualify for the Grab Streak Bonus. But only auto-accepted trips will be eligible for rebate for the Grab Streak Bonus.

COVID-19 has dealt an unprecedented blow to the tourism industry, affecting the livelihoods of millions of workers. One of them was Komsan, an assistant chef in a luxury hotel based in the Srinakarin area.

As the number of tourists at the hotel plunged, he decided to sign up as a GrabFood delivery-partner to earn an alternative income. Soon after, the hotel ceased operations.

Komsan has viewed this change through an optimistic lens, calling it the perfect opportunity for him to embark on a fresh journey after his previous job. Aside from GrabFood deliveries, he now also picks up GrabExpress jobs. It can get tiring, having to shuttle between different locations, but Komsan finds it exciting. And mostly, he’s glad to get his income back on track.
