What do I have to do?

  • From the day of your first trip (1 – 31 Dec 2022), you have 30 days to complete the required number of trips within your respective category
  • AR / CR / DR requirement applies
    • AR: min 90%
    • CR: max 10%
    • DR: min 4.5
  • Complete the Delivery-Partner Skills Training within 2 months of your first trip in Dec 2022. to maintain Sapphire tier till March!  (It’s mandatory to complete the training course for Sapphire tier delivery-partners or there will be an immediate demotion to Emerald.)

Example: If you have restarted on 11 Dec, you will have up to 9 Jan 2023 to accumulate points. You will be upgraded to Sapphire by 12 Jan 2023.

COVID-19 has dealt an unprecedented blow to the tourism industry, affecting the livelihoods of millions of workers. One of them was Komsan, an assistant chef in a luxury hotel based in the Srinakarin area.

As the number of tourists at the hotel plunged, he decided to sign up as a GrabFood delivery-partner to earn an alternative income. Soon after, the hotel ceased operations.

Komsan has viewed this change through an optimistic lens, calling it the perfect opportunity for him to embark on a fresh journey after his previous job. Aside from GrabFood deliveries, he now also picks up GrabExpress jobs. It can get tiring, having to shuttle between different locations, but Komsan finds it exciting. And mostly, he’s glad to get his income back on track.
