Every month, we will send you an email with updates on your ‘GRBeyond Passport‘ tier status & stamps balance. Do note that the status of your tier will be refreshed every quarterly, any unused stamps will be forfeit and cannot be brought forward to the next quarter.

1. I have signup a regular contract but I did not receive my monthly GRBeyond Passport. May I know what happened?
- You are currently on “No-frills/No Contract”
- No-frills hirer-partners are not eligible for GRBeyond benefits.

2. When will I receive the reimbursement payout for my rental recovery days?
- The payout will be made to Hirer’s Grab Credit Wallet on a reimbursement basis within 14 days working days from the date of approval if the application is successful and rental recovery payout is applicable. A notification will be sent once the reimbursement has been processed.
- Only successful applicants will be contacted. If you do not hear from us within 14 working days from the time of application, you may assume that your application has been unsuccessful.
3. Where can I see the reimbursement payout for my rental recovery days and stamps exchange applied for? Grab Driver Credit or Cash wallet?
- The reimbursement payout will be made to your Grab Driver Credit wallet.
4. Can I encash my stamps?
- Hirer will not be able to cash out their GRBeyond stamps. This includes in the event of Grab Account termination.
