When will my incentive period begin?
If your account is activated between Week 1 Saturday and Week 2 Friday, your incentive period begins on Week 3 Monday.
E.g
1. If your account is activated on 3 October (Monday), your incentive period begins on 10 October (Monday)
2. If your account is activated on 14 October (Friday), your incentive period begins on 17 October (Monday)
3. If your account is activated on 15 October (Saturday), your incentive period begins on 24 October (Monday)

Terms and Conditions
1. All other incentives such as emerald circle incentives will NOT be applicable throughout this incentive period.
2. This incentive is only offered to driver-partners registered with any of Grab’s Hourly Rental Partner (Tribecar/Shariot/Grab Rental Car Sharing Programme).
3. Any PHV drivers who are new to GrabCar, reactivating their accounts or switching from Grab’s delivery or hitch services is eligible for this New Joiner Incentive.
4. Applicable to JustGrab, JustGrab Green, GrabCar, GrabCar 6, GrabShare, GrabFamily (Ages 4–7), GrabFamily 6 (Ages 4–7) rides. MyDestination trips are excluded.
5. Incentives will only be offered to applicants who submit the required documents through the process mentioned above. Any other form of submissions will not be entertained.
6. All driver-partners have to maintain an Driver Rating of 4.7, Acceptance rate of above 90% and a Cancellation rate of below 10%. Failure to meet these requirements will result in bonus ineligibility.
7. Successful applicants will receive an SMS confirmation of participation. Incentive will start on the next Monday after confirmation of activation has been received by the current week’s Friday.
8. Each incentive week starts Monday and ends Sunday.
9. Driver-Partners with previously terminated accounts will not be entertained.
10. Grab reserves the right to alter or amend the mechanics at any point in time. Any disputes beyond 30 calendar days from the last day of the incentive schemes will not be entertained.
11. All new sign-ups must be activated from 26 Aug 2023 to 28 Apr 2024 to be eligible for this bonus.
12. Incentive period starts the week after activation OR 2 weeks after, as per sign up timeline table above.
