Terms & Conditions for Grab Signatures Sanrio characters Challenge Pickleball Set Campaign

  • Only eligible orders transacted on Grab Signatures brands from 22 October 2025 will count towards the Sanrio characters β™‘ Signatures Challenge, while redemptions last.
  • An Eligible transaction is defined as meeting the minimum requirements as set out in the milestones of the challenges, i.e. To qualify, each transaction should have a minimum spend of $40 (GrabFood) and $65 (GrabMart) on Grab Signatures brands.
  • Minimum spend excludes delivery fees, platform fees, other miscellaneous fees, and/or discounts applied.
  • Pick up & Delivery orders are eligible to count towards this Challenge.
  • For full list of participating brands, visit grb.to/GrabSignatures.
  • Any Grab transaction made outside Singapore will not qualify towards the Challenge.
  • Upon completion of the Challenge milestone, winners will receive a reward pushed to their Grab account.
  • Each reward will have a unique 10 characters code to be used at redemption website (https://grabsignatures.sg). More details on the redemption can be found at grb.to/Sanrio
  • Each valid 10 characters code entitles the participant to 1 Sanrio characters Pickleball Set which will be given at random (Hello Kitty, Cinnamoroll or Kuromi design) also known as the β€œprize”.
  • Winners will be able to select the method of redemption of their prize (1) Collection at Letrain *Redemption Centre or (2) Delivery at an additional cost of SGD5 borne by winners.
  • Winners are deemed to only confirm the collection of the prize, upon keying in the unique 10 characters code from their reward pushed to their Grab account, onto the redemption website and receiving a confirmation email.
  • On-site redemption of Sanrio characters Pickleball Set will be at Letrain Redemption Centre at 2 Havelock Road, #03-03 Havelock 2, Singapore 059763.
  • Winners will be notified via email and will be presented with a redemption letter for self-collection of the prize.
  • The prize is strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in part or full. No transfer of prizes will be allowed.
  • Prize(s) for the challenge will be capped as per the stipulated quantities set out in the milestones of the challenges, while stocks last.
  • You agree to accept any prize you may win in its current condition at time of issuance/collection. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
  • Challenge may end earlier if the rewards have been fully redeemed.
  • Any fraudulent activity detected may result in a clawback of prizes.
  • The Organisers may, at their sole and absolute discretion, substitute any prize for another prize of similar value, in circumstances that include unavailability of the original prize, illegality or non-feasibility.
  • The Organisers may request for identification documents or further information to verify and check the identity of the winner, to prevent gaming and fraud.
  • All prizes must be claimed/redeemed within the stipulated deadline. Any prizes not claimed by the deadline may be forfeited (or disposed of, or donated, all at the Organisers’ discretion), and no claims whatsoever for payment or compensation shall be entertained.
  • Unless otherwise provided, all prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit in kind.
  • Failure to fulfil, and/or breach of all/part of the above terms and conditions may result in a forfeiture or clawback of prizes.
  • The Organizers here refer to GrabTaxi Pte Ltd and its organization.
  • β€œSanrio characters β™‘ Signatures Challenge” (β€œthe Campaign”) is organised by GrabTaxi Pte Ltd and its affiliates (β€œthe Organisers”).
  • By participating in the Campaign or any component thereof (including but not limited to Challenges), you represent you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and the terms conditions of all components of the Campaign. Prizes or rewards given out under this Campaign or any component thereof may be subject to separate terms and conditions (such as, in the case of Grab reward points, the relevant terms and conditions governing such reward points).
  • The Campaign will run from 22 October, while redemption last. The Organisers reserves the sole and absolute right to end the Campaign or any component thereof at any time, without giving prior notice or compensation in cash or in kind.
  • The Organisers reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify any participant or reject participants deemed ineligible for the Campaign or any component thereof (whether under these terms and conditions or the terms and conditions of any component of the Campaign or by reason of the participant having engaged in any conduct that the Organisers consider inappropriate or unacceptable).
  • The Organisers reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part or the whole of the terms and conditions of this Campaign or any component thereof at any time without giving any prior notice to the participants.
  • The Organisers’ decisions in any matter in relation to the Campaign or any component thereof shall be final and conclusive. Any request for appeal and review shall not be entertained.
  • The Organisers shall not be liable for any claims by the participants or be accountable for third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third party, consequential or other damages resulting from or related to this Campaign or any component thereof.
  • The Organisers shall not be responsible or liable for any claims of loss or damage to property or any personal injury or loss of life resulting from or related to this Campaign or any component thereof.
  • The Organisers do not take any responsibility in the case of any event that may prevent the participants from participating in the Campaign of any component thereof, as a result of certain technical restrictions or other limitations or force majeure, which include but is not limited to regulatory events, government directive, government intervention, pandemic, movement control orders, and act of God etc.

COVID-19 has dealt an unprecedented blow to the tourism industry, affecting the livelihoods of millions of workers. One of them was Komsan, an assistant chef in a luxury hotel based in the Srinakarin area.

As the number of tourists at the hotel plunged, he decided to sign up as a GrabFood delivery-partner to earn an alternative income. Soon after, the hotel ceased operations.

Komsan has viewed this change through an optimistic lens, calling it the perfect opportunity for him to embark on a fresh journey after his previous job. Aside from GrabFood deliveries, he now also picks up GrabExpress jobs. It can get tiring, having to shuttle between different locations, but Komsan finds it exciting. And mostly, he’s glad to get his income back on track.
