2 steps to redeem your bonus discount of up to 2%
Step 1: Check your eligibility and set-up your account
a) Am I eligible for the discount?
See which tier you fall under with the overview on the left!
Check your eligibility for the discount shown under GrabBenefits.
Do note that the additional Caltex 2% rebate for driver-partners on the GrabRentals Beyond contract is not stackable with GrabPay Card transactions.
b) Install the CaltexGO App
Install the CaltexGO app and register for a CaltexGO account.
c) Add your Payment Method
With the GrabPay Card number, add it as your preferred payment method to get an additional up to 2% off. To redeem your GrabBenefits discount, add your partner card to verify your driver status.
How to find your GrabPay Card number

Step 2: Redeem your bonus discount of up to 2%
When you have arrived at your preferred Caltex station, follow these steps to make payment!
Bonus 2% discount will come in the form of $1 off every $50 spent.
Alternatively, you can choose to make payment in-store at the cashier of your preferred Caltex petrol station. To do so, flash your Partner Card within the CaltexGO app. Then, simply ensure that you have redeemed the relevant voucher on GrabBenefits ($1 off $50 spent).
Making payment on the CaltexGO app

Refer to MasterCard icon and check that the last 4 digits of your GrabPay Card are correct

Check your payment preview, ensure that your GrabBenefits discount and $1 off every $50 spent (2%) discount is captured

FAQs for GrabPay Card
GrabPay Card is a prepaid Mastercard offered by Grab and Mastercard, that allows you to pay at any physical or online shop that accepts Mastercard.
Similar to a debit card which allows you to spend from your bank account’s balance, this GrabPay Card allows you to spend from your GrabPay Wallet balance.
You can apply for the GrabPay Card in the Grab app. It’s free to activate your digital card.
Sign up now and get the physical card for free, for a limited period only.
Your GrabPay Card is linked to your GrabPay Wallet, meaning all GrabPay Card payments are deducted directly from your wallet balance. You can use your GrabPay Card to:

Pay for online purchases
Make in-store payments
Pay for bus/ MRT rides
Pay for purchases overseas using your GrabPay balance, and save on FX fees and other charges
Pay for overseas Grab services (Grab rides, food orders, etc)

FAQs for Caltex Discount
An in-app message would be sent to eligible Driver-Partners to fill up the Data Sharing Consent form.
If you are renting from GrabRentals or Recommended Fleet Partners, you can contact your rental company if you have not received the Consent Form.
If you are Diamond/ Sapphire and not renting from GrabRentals or Recommended Fleet Partners, you can contact Grab if you have not received the Consent Form.
Eligible Driver-Partners who submit their Data Consent with their Grab-registered number by the end of the week will be activated on CaltexGo on the following week’s Thursday.
Kindly note that you would need to fill up the Consent Form once only.
This is an exclusive programme and unfortunately, we will not be able to attend to appeals.
Kindly note that driver-partners who are currently suspended will not be eligible for this discount until further notice.
For GrabRentals hirer-partners on the GRBeyond Loyalty Program
- Do note that the additional Caltex 2% rebate for driver-partners on the GrabRentals Beyond contract is not stackable with GrabPay Card transactions.
For GrabRentals hirer-partners on No-Frills contract
- You are eligible for 29% upfront discount via the CaltexGO app. Please ensure that you submit the data sharing consent form with your Grab-registered number first. Once completed, proceed with ‘Steps 1 to 2’ above on the following Thursday. After you have completed all the steps, the discount feature in the CaltexGO app will then be activated
- Kindly note that redemption of the petrol benefit via GrabBenefits has ended on 31 July 2021. To continue enjoying the petrol benefit, please ensure that you have activated it on the CaltexGO app
If you did not submit the Data Sharing Consent Form, you will not be able to unlock the Grab-Caltex Petrol Benefit.
