  1. The campaign will run from 6th October 2025 – 31st December 2025
  2. The Fuel Voucher Bonus is applicable to all New e-hailing Drivers (GrabCar), existing driver-partners and delivery-partners nationwide. This excludes previously terminated or banned drivers.
  3. Eligibility for the Fuel Voucher Bonus is subject to the applicable terms and conditions. To qualify for the full bonus:
    • New E-Hailing Drivers (Grabcar), delivery partner (Grabfood) converted to E-Hailing Driver (GrabCar) must have your accounts activated and complete the required trips (Transport) within 30 days from your account activation date. 
    • Existing E-Hailing Drivers (GrabCar) who successfully upgraded to a higher car segment must complete the required trips (Transport) within 30 days from your vehicle change activation date.
  4. Only trips (Transport) will be taken towards this bonus.
  5. New E-Hailing Driver (Grabcar) and delivery-partner (Grabfood) converted to E-Hailing Driver (Grabcar) entitled bonus for this campaign will be notified by Grab. 
  6. Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend, add, vary and/or alter any part of the terms and conditions of this campaign without giving any prior notice to you. You agree to be bound by these changes, and acknowledge that no compensation in cash or in kind shall be given.
  7. All decisions by Grab are final, including details of the rewards and no correspondence will be entertained.
  8. By participating in this Campaign, you further agree to comply with the detailed provisions incorporated herein.

8. Grab and AEON Group shall not be under any obligation to inform users, on any communication channels once the offer has been fully redeemed.

In case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the promotion, the decision of Grab and AEON Group shall be final.
13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising out of or in connection with promotion shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Malaysia.
14. This rebate is non-transferable to any party.
