  1. The Mastercard® Cashback Challenge (“Challenge”) is organised by Mastercard® and Grab, and will run from 1 March 2026 until  30 April 2026  (“Challenge Period”).
  2. By participating in this Challenge, you agree to be bound by these  Mastercard® Cashback Challenge Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) and agree that any decisions made by Mastercard® and Grab in respect of this Challenge shall be final and binding. 
  3. Each Challenge cannot be shared. Each Challenge is specially designed for every individual user and each user may receive different Challenges, limited to the user who has access to the Challenge in their app. Grab reserves the right to limit accessibility of participants to the Challenge in their app.
  4. This Challenge is only valid in Malaysia. Any Grab transaction made outside Malaysia will not contribute towards or be considered for this Challenge.
  5. Users must link a Mastercard® as a top-up method and top-up a minimum of RM100 in a single transaction into their GrabPay Wallet for ONE (1) time during the Challenge Period to receive RM4.90 cashback that can be used for a 1-month GrabUnlimited subscription fee  (“Prize”) in the form of a GrabRewards voucher(“Voucher”). Prizes are limited and on a first come, first served basis only.
  6. The GrabUnlimited subscription must be redeemed within two months of the issue date of the Voucher. GrabRewards earned from this Challenge does not count towards any tier upgrades, and no extensions of the Voucher validity will be entertained. You will need to redeem the voucher from the Rewards page, and the reward will be credited to your GrabPay wallet. 
  7. The Challenge will end at the end of the Challenge Period, or when the available Prizes have been fully awarded, whichever earlier.
  8. The Challenge’s progress status can be viewed on the Grab app at any time during the Challenge period via the ‘CHALLENGES’ tile under Account.
  9. This Challenge cannot be replayed once it is completed or when the Challenge Period has ended.
  10. Voucher is not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other goods and services.
  11. Voucher is not valid with any other ongoing promotions, discounts, voucher programs, loyalty programs, or member privileges unless stated otherwise.
  12. Fraud, abuse of redemptions, or any dishonest activities related to the Challenge may result in the forfeiture of Prize entitlement.
  13. Grab & Mastercard® reserves the right to alter, extend or terminate the promotion, or amend the terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the promotion, the decision of Grab & Mastercard® shall be final.

  15. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the promotion shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

1.What is the Mastercard® Bonus Challenge and who can join?

A promotion by Mastercard® and Grab available in Malaysia. Eligible Grab users who receive the Challenge in their app and link a Mastercard can participate. Grab may limit access and disqualify ineligible users.

2. How do I get the RM4.90 Voucher?

Link a Mastercard as a top-up method and top-up at least RM100 in a single transaction into your GrabPay Wallet once during the Challenge Period. Based on first-come, first-served basis.

3.Where and how will I receive the Prize, and when must I redeem it?

The RM4.90 is issued as a GrabRewards Voucher credited to your Rewards page and GrabPay wallet. Redeem the Voucher within two months of issue; no extensions or cash exchanges allowed.

4.Are there exclusions, limits or conditions I should know?

Challenge valid only in Malaysia. Vouchers cannot be used with other promos unless stated, aren’t transferable, and don’t count toward tier upgrades. Returns, cancellations, fraud, or reversed transactions may void the Prize. Grab and Mastercard reserve the right to amend or end the promotion.

5.What if I don’t receive my Voucher or have a dispute?

2. GrabPay users are eligible for a “RM8 rebate” in your “My Rewards” when you spend a minimum of RM88 on a single receipt via GrabPay Wallet.
3. The offer of “RM8 rebate” is limited to a total of 62,500 redemptions throughout the campaign period.
4. Offer is valid for TWO (2) in-store redemptions with a cap of ONE(1) redemption per user per day throughout the campaign. Shared across AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, and AEON Wellness throughout the campaign period. 
5. The “RM8 rebate” will be awarded instantly with a minimum transaction of RM88 with GrabPay at all outlets of AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, AEON Wellness; The rebate can be found under “My Rewards”. Rebate must be redeemed by clicking “use now” under “My Rewards” 30 days from the date of issuance.
6. The campaign will cease once all redemptions have been fully awarded or at the expiration of the campaign period, whichever is earlier.
7. Offer is based on a first come first served and while stocks last basis only.
8. Grab and AEON Group shall not be under any obligation to inform users, on any communication channels once the offer has been fully redeemed.
9. Offer is only available for AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, and AEON Wellness physical stores purchases at cashier counter only via GrabPay Wallet; offer is not applicable for online or GrabMart purchases.
10. Offer is not exchangeable for cash or replacements.
