This is how it works:

1. Register for the programme at this form and complete a short survey
2. Complete at least 3 GrabHitch between Singapore and JB
3. Maintain a 5 star rating across ALL HITCHES!

And that’s it! You get SGD50 credited to your Driver Wallet for your support of ride-sharing and participation in the GrabHitch SG-JB Pilot!

Terms & Conditions

  • The GrabHitch SG-JB 5 Star Programme is effective from 20th June 2016 and extended to 24th July 2016.
  • Once you have unlocked your credit, you may cash it out via your driver wallet. Find out more on how to cash out here.
  • Available only for GrabHitch drivers registered in Singapore.
  • All decisions by GrabHitch are final, including the details of this Programme and no correspondence will be entertained. COVID-19 has dealt an unprecedented blow to the tourism industry, affecting the livelihoods of millions of workers. One of them was Komsan, an assistant chef in a luxury hotel based in the Srinakarin area.

As the number of tourists at the hotel plunged, he decided to sign up as a GrabFood delivery-partner to earn an alternative income. Soon after, the hotel ceased operations.

Komsan has viewed this change through an optimistic lens, calling it the perfect opportunity for him to embark on a fresh journey after his previous job. Aside from GrabFood deliveries, he now also picks up GrabExpress jobs. It can get tiring, having to shuttle between different locations, but Komsan finds it exciting. And mostly, he’s glad to get his income back on track.
