With the latest mystery reward campaign, you can earn rewards when you link your bank account and make top-ups using your bank account or PayNow. Topping up with these methods also qualifies you to win a grand prize. So, don’t miss out.


Terms and Conditions

Top up with Grab Mystery Rewards (“the Campaign”) is organised by GPay Network (S) Pte. Ltd. (“Grab”) and is open to selected Grab users.

  • By entering the Campaign, you have read, understand and agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions of entry and you further agree to the decisions of Grab without limitation or qualification. You further agree that all decisions of Grab shall be final and conclusive.
  • The Campaign will run in Singapore from 31 May to 31 July 2023 or until mystery rewards are fully redeemed, whichever is earlier. 
  • Mystery rewards will be allocated randomly to users electronically on the Grab mobile application and users will need to claim them within 14 days, or they will expire.
Linking a Bank Account
  • Users stand a chance to win up to 1000 GrabRewards points upon first successful linkage of one bank account from DBS, UOB, OCBC, Standard Chartered Bank, Maybank and GXS to their GrabPay wallet.
  • Users with a DBS bank account are required to wait 48 hours before they can top up.
Topping up with a linked bank account or PayNow
  • Users stand a chance to win a variable number of GrabRewards points (minimum top up of S$30) or a Grand Prize (minimum top up of S$50 and defined below) (“Mystery Rewards”) whenever they take any of the following actions:
    • Successfully Top Up S$30 or more via a Linked Bank Account from DBS, UOB, OCBC, Standard Chartered Bank, Maybank or GXS
    • Successfully Top Up S$30 or more via PayNow VPA or QR code
  • The maximum number of Mystery Rewards that can be won per day per user is 2 
    • 1 Mystery Reward from topping up via linked bank account
    • 1 Mystery Reward from topping up via PayNow
  • All other top up methods are not eligible for Mystery Rewards, including but not limited to:
    • Top up with credit cards
    • Top up with debit cards
    • Top up with Grab Earn+
  • Grand Prize winners will win an Apple AirPods Pro (1st generation) and be immediately notified. Subject to Grab’s internal Risk and Compliance checks, Grab will reach out to such winners with collection instructions within 10 working days.
  • Grand Prize winners are drawn at random. In claiming the prize, Grab may request for identification documents or further information from you to verify and check the authenticity of the prize winner, to prevent gaming and fraud.
  • Grab reserves the right to disqualify users from the campaign if they, or Grab reasonably believes that they might, engage in fraudulent or unfair practices to maximise their chances of winning or for any other purpose whatsoever. Any fraudulent or suspected fraudulent activities might cause prize forfeiture.
  • All Grand Prizes must be picked up at the redemption centre by 31 August 2023, failing which they may be forfeited or, without limitation, disposed of, or donated, all at Grab’s discretion. Pick up instructions will be sent to Grand Prize winners separately.
  • By participating in this Campaign, you hereby consent to Grab, and/or such third-party appointed by Grab, collecting and processing your personal data to give full effect to this Campaign, for the express purpose of informing you of your win and/or informing the public of a winner, including but not limited to sending communication to notify a win (in-app push notification, phone call and/or email), announcing your name/last 4 digits of your phone number, and/or releasing a photograph of you as the Grand Prize winner in our winner’s announcement.
  • Campaign rewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit in kind.
  • Available only on the latest Grab app in App Store and Google Play.
  • Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to alter, extend, suspend, or end the content, the Campaign, and/or these terms and conditions at any time, without giving prior notice or compensation in cash or in kind. 
  • Grab’s decision on all matters relating to or in connection with this Campaign is final.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

COVID-19 has dealt an unprecedented blow to the tourism industry, affecting the livelihoods of millions of workers. One of them was Komsan, an assistant chef in a luxury hotel based in the Srinakarin area.

As the number of tourists at the hotel plunged, he decided to sign up as a GrabFood delivery-partner to earn an alternative income. Soon after, the hotel ceased operations.

Komsan has viewed this change through an optimistic lens, calling it the perfect opportunity for him to embark on a fresh journey after his previous job. Aside from GrabFood deliveries, he now also picks up GrabExpress jobs. It can get tiring, having to shuttle between different locations, but Komsan finds it exciting. And mostly, he’s glad to get his income back on track.
