NOTICE OF VARIATION OF MDR AND POINTS OF SALE (PAYNOW QR)
Dear Merchant,
GPay Network (S) Pte. Ltd (“GrabPay”) would like to express its gratitude for your early adoption of GrabPay products and services. As part of our continuous efforts to provide and enhance our payments services, we regularly review our services and pricing to better serve the needs of all GrabPay users and merchants.
Pursuant to the terms of the agreement between yourself (the Merchant) and GrabPay (the “Agreement), the Merchant agrees to be onboarded as a PayNow QR merchant from the date of this Notice, in order to accept payments from users via PayNow QR. As such, the Agreement will be amended as follows:
