Description

1. Eligible Grab Drivers and/or Delivery Partners (“Eligible Partner”) who successfully refer other Grab Drivers and/or Delivery Partners (“Successful Referral”) for the Grab Finance x Shell Fuel Card (“Fuel Card”) will be given $40 (“Referral Award”) after the Successful Referral makes at least $100 gross spent on his/her Fuel Card by 31st December 2021.

2. The top 3 Drivers and/or Delivery Partners with the highest number of Successful Referrals by 31 December 2021 (inclusive), will receive an additional $388 (“Top Referral Award”), $288 (“Second Referral Award”), and $188 (“Third Referral Award”) respectively.

3. Driver and/or Delivery Partners who have been referred and spend $100 gross on their Fuel Card by 31st December 2021 (inclusive) (“Referee”) will receive $15 (“Activation Award”).

Participation

4. Eligible Partners are defined as Grab Drivers and/or Delivery Partners who hold, and have used the Fuel Card at least once as of 31 December 2021. For clarity, this includes any Grab driver and/or delivery partner who receives the card any time before the close of the promotion of 31st December 2021.

Promotion Period

5. This Promotion shall last from 18th October 2021 to 31st December 2021 (both dates inclusive), or such other period(s) as may be determined by GFin Services (S) Pte. Ltd. (“Company”) at its absolute discretion (the “Promotion Period”).

Terms & Conditions

Referral Award

6. A Successful Referral must meet the following conditions:
a. Have been referred by an Eligible Partner. Referral must input the Referee’s Grab registered mobile number in the signup form;
b. Have passed the Grab Finance checks and were issued a Fuel Card; and
c. Have a total gross spend on the Fuel Card of $100 posted by the end of the Promotion Period.

7. Every Successful Referral for the Eligible Partner will be awarded one instance of the Referral Award of $40. For the avoidance of doubt, this means that if an Eligible Partner has 5 Successful Referrals, the Eligible Partner will be awarded $200 ($40 x 5 Successful Referrals).

Top Referral Awards

8. All Successful Referrals by the end of the Promotion Period will be added up, and the Top 3 Eligible Partners with the most number of Successful Referrals will be awarded the Top Referral Award of $388, the Second Referral Award of $288 and the Third Referral Award of $188 respectively.

9. The Top 3 Eligible Partners must refer at least 10 drivers in order to be considered for the Top Referral Awards

Activation Award

10. Driver and/or Delivery Partners who have been referred and spend $100 gross on their Fuel Card by 31st December 2021 (inclusive) will receive an Activation Reward of $15.

11. The awards are not mutually exclusive. One individual can receive the Referral Award, Activation Award and Top Referral Award at the same time.

12. At the point of issuance of the Referral Award, Activation Award and/or Top Referral Award, the Eligible Partner must have an active account in good standing with Grab. For the avoidance of doubt, the Cashback in the successful Eligible Partner’s wallet in the Grab Driver mobile application (“Wallet”) is subject to any deduction(s) by the Company or any other subsidiary, affiliate or associated company of Grabtaxi Holdings Pte. Ltd. (collectively, “Grab”) for any outstanding payment(s) arising from any product(s)/programme(s) that said Driver has taken with Grab. The deduction(s) schedule and amount shall follow the terms and conditions of the relevant Grab product(s)/programme(s).

13. Grab reserves the right to replace the Referral Award, Top Referral Award and/or Activation Award with one or more items of similar value at its reasonable discretion and to terminate this Promotion, add, delete or change any of these terms and conditions at any time.

14. The Referral Award, Activation Award and/or Top Referral Award will be issued directly into the Eligible Partner’s Wallet within 2 weeks after the Promotion Period.

15. By participating in this Offer, you agree that you have read and understood the terms in these Terms & Conditions and agree that these Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company.

16. Notwithstanding the above, these Terms & Conditions shall be read together with any other conditions issued by the Company or any other subsidiary, affiliate or associated company of Grabtaxi Holdings Pte. Ltd. (collectively, “Grab”) which are applicable to you.

General

17. The Company reserves the right at its absolute discretion to terminate this Promotion or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice including without limitation, the eligibility of any Drivers and the dates of this Promotion.

18. The Company’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence shall be entertained. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to this Promotion, these terms and conditions will prevail.

19. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and the participants in this Promotion irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any of these terms and conditions.

Use of your personal data

20. By participating in this Promotion, the participants consent to Grab’s collection, use, disclosure and otherwise processing of his/her name and image to facilitate the execution of the cashback for editorial, advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other related purposes without compensation, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Grab’s Privacy Notice.
