Terms & Conditions
- To be eligible for the Referral Program, Hirer-Partners (“referrer”) will need to fulfill either of the following conditions:
- Made a reservation to rent a car from GrabRentals Pte Ltd (“GrabRentals”) and pay the rental deposit in full or
- Have an active GrabRentals contract at the time of referral
- Each referrer can refer up to 10 new GrabRentals Hirer-Partners (“referee”) per month
- The referee must be new to GrabRentals and has not rented from GrabRentals before. The referee must have an existing Grab Driver-Partner account
- The referee must sign a rental agreement with GrabRentals with a minimum of 3-months contract length
- To get the referral rewards, the referee must provide the referrer’s full name and his/her Grab registered phone number upon the referee’s vehicle appointment booking at Grab@Tampines or upon making an online vehicle reservation via <https://grabrentals-online.sg/>
- Referrers will not need to be present at Grab@Tampines during the appointment.
- Referral Rewards: The following referral rewards shall apply for referrals that take place from 12 Jan 2026 to 16 Jan 2026*:
- (A) Referral Reward based on referee’s contract length
- 3-months contract: $60 Grab Driver Credits for both referee/referrer
- 6-months contract: $120 Grab Driver Credits for both referee/referrer
- 12-months contract: $200 Grab Driver Credits for both referee/referrer
- 24-months contract: $300 Grab Driver Credits for both referee/referrer
- 36-months contract: $400 Grab Driver Credits for both referee/referrer
- (B) Bonus Referral Rewards based on the vehicle type rented by referree
- Additional $200 Grab Driver Credits for both referee/referrer for: Mazda 3, Toyota Prius, Toyota Vios, Honda Vezel
- Additional $300 Grab Driver Credits for both referee/referrer for: Toyota Sienta 2018
- Additional $500 Grab Driver Credits for both referee/referrer for: Brand New Hyundai Avante, Brand New Kia Niro, Brand New Toyota Sienta, Hyundai Avante 2024, Kia Niro 2020/2023/2024, Toyota Sienta 2021/2022, Hyundai Ioniq 2023, Toyota Altis 2024
- Additional $700 Grab Driver Credits for both referee/referrer for: Brand New BYD M6, Brand New Aion V
- Additional $1,000 Grab Driver Credits for both referee/referrer for: Toyota Alphard 2023, Toyota Noah Welcab
*The referral date shall be taken as the date when the referee makes a reservation to rent a car from GrabRentals.
Payout:
- For referrers and referees: The Grab Driver Credits shall be credited to the referrer and referees respective driver wallets by the end of the following calendar month after referrer’s or referee’s car collection date (whichever is later).
- Failure to complete the contract rental period by the referee may result in the clawback of driver credits that were issued to both the referees and referrers.
- Grab may, at its sole and absolute discretion, substitute the rewards for another reward of similar value.
- Grab’s decisions in any matter in relation to the Referral Program shall be final and conclusive. Grab shall not be liable for any claims by you or third-parties for claims or damages or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, expectation loss, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Referral Program.
- Unless otherwise provided, all rewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit in kind.
By participating in the Referral Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and failure to comply may result in disqualification from the Referral Program.
Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of these terms and conditions or the referral rewards at any time without any prior notice to you and you agree to be bound by those changes.
To be eligible for the GrabCab Pte Ltd (“GrabCab”) Referral Program, Grab Driver-Partners (“Referrer”) will need to fulfill the following condition at the time of referral:
- Have an active Grab Driver-Partner account.
Each referrer can refer up to 5 new Referees per month
- The Referee must be new to GrabCab and has not rented from GrabCab before.
- The Referee must sign a rental agreement with GrabCab with a minimum of 6-months contract length
- To get the referral rewards, the Referee must provide the Referrer’s full name and his/her Grab registered phone number upon the referee’s vehicle appointment booking at Grab@Tampines.
- By providing the Referrer’s name and registered phone number, the Referee confirms that the Referrer has given consent to the Referee for his/her personal data to be provided to GrabCab to be collected, used, processed or disclosed by GrabCab for the purposes of this Referral Program and other reasonable purposes in accordance with Grab Privacy Notice.
- Referrers will not need to be present at Grab@Tampines during the appointment.
Referral Rewards:
For Toyota Prius and BYD e6
- (B) Referee Reward based on Referee’s contract length
- (C) Additional Referral Reward for GrabCab Captain Referrers
- Only GrabCab Captains are eligible for this additional reward.
- Referees will not receive the additional reward.
- GrabCab Captains will receive an additional reward based on the total number of referrals during the period of 26 May 2025 to 31 December 2025*, as follows:
- Note: The Additional Grab Driver Credits amount will be based on the order in which Referee(s) was referred.
*The referral date shall be taken as the date when the Referee makes a reservation to rent a car from GrabCab.
Payout:
- For Referrers and Referees: The Grab Driver Credits shall be credited to the Referrer and Referees respective driver wallets in two tranches, 50% by the end of the following calendar month after the Referee’s car collection month, and 50% by the end of the 11th calendar month after the Referee’s car collection month.
- In the case of the 6 months contract, payout will be in one tranche, in the 5th month of their contract
- For GrabCab Captains: The Additional Bonus shall be credited to the Grab Driver
- Failure to complete the contract rental period by the Referee may result in the clawback of driver credits that were issued to both the Referees and Referrers.
- GrabCab may, at its sole and absolute discretion, substitute the rewards for another reward of similar value.
- GrabCab’s decisions in any matter in relation to the Referral Program and these terms and conditions shall be final and conclusive. GrabCab shall not be liable for any claims by the Renter or third-parties for claims or damages or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, expectation loss, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Referral Program without any further notification to the Referrer and Referee.
- Unless otherwise provided, all rewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit in kind.
By participating in the GrabCab Referral Program, the Renter agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and failure to comply may result in disqualification from the Referral Program.
GrabCab reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of these terms and conditions or the referral rewards at any time without any prior notice to the Renter and he/she agrees to be bound by those changes.
- To be eligible for the Referral Program, Grab Driver-Partners (“Referrer”) will need to fulfill the following condition at the time of referral:

- 24-months contract: $150 Grab Driver Credits for the Referrer.
- 36-months contract: $200 Grab Driver Credits for the Referrer.
- (B) Referral Reward based on referee’s contract length
- 3-months contract: $60 Grab Driver Credits for the Referee.
- 6-months contract: $120 Grab Driver Credits for the Referee.
- 12-months contract: $200 Grab Driver Credits for the Referee.
- 24-months contract: $300 Grab Driver Credits for the Referee.
- 36-months contract: $400 Grab Driver Credits for the Referee.
