SupplyPay allows you to break invoices for supplies into small, automatic, daily payments, as you earn with Grab.

Once you’ve activated SupplyPay, you will be able to access a personalised SupplyPay limit that you can use to pay suppliers. You can choose to pay for these purchases over 1 or 2 months*.

*Payment period options may vary with suppliers.

SupplyPay is offered by GrabFinance to selected Grab merchant-partners and is available at no additional cost to merchants.

We’ve selected a single launch partner to meet a wide range of your needs. AJ Oasis is a wholesale distributor offering offer a huge range of top quality products from premium Wagyu beef & gourmet seafood to top-grade teas & coffee.

We will be adding more supplier partners in the future.

Step 1:

Activate your SupplyPay account

An Authorised Director of your business will need to complete the activation of your business’s SupplyPay account by submitting their contact details and a picture of NRIC. Activation is complete as soon as 1 working day after you submit your request, subject to GrabFinance’s approval.

Step 2:

Pay with SupplyPay

Once you’ve been activated for SupplyPay, you can log into the SupplyPay portal to use SupplyPay to pay your supplier for your orders. Note: You will have the option to enter your PO or invoice number from your supplier.

Payments begin either on the Saturday after you used SupplyPay to pay your supplier or the Saturday of the week after.

Payments are made as you earn through Grab daily from the 1st to 27th of each month. For example, if your payments started on the 1st of January and your selected payments period was 1 month, payments will be made daily from 1st to 27th January and your payment amount will be spread over these 27 days.

Payments for SupplyPay can be easily tracked through the SupplyPay portal.

If your business is closed for the day or your earnings fall short for the day, earnings over days to come that exceed the daily payment amount will automatically make up for amounts due from previous days.

Today, we are able to provide SupplyPay to you through strong partnerships with our selected suppliers, therefore allowing us to offer you this service at no additional costs during the course of this pilot.

COVID-19 has dealt an unprecedented blow to the tourism industry, affecting the livelihoods of millions of workers. One of them was Komsan, an assistant chef in a luxury hotel based in the Srinakarin area.

As the number of tourists at the hotel plunged, he decided to sign up as a GrabFood delivery-partner to earn an alternative income. Soon after, the hotel ceased operations.

Komsan has viewed this change through an optimistic lens, calling it the perfect opportunity for him to embark on a fresh journey after his previous job. Aside from GrabFood deliveries, he now also picks up GrabExpress jobs. It can get tiring, having to shuttle between different locations, but Komsan finds it exciting. And mostly, he’s glad to get his income back on track.
