  • How do I sign up for a GMC Business Review?
    1. Fill up our booking form.
    2. After submission, use the Calendly link at the end to secure a time and date to attend your business review. 
    3. Once successfully booked, an email notification and a contract will be sent to you. This must be signed before your Business Review. 
    4. Once we have received the signed contract, we will send you the details of the meeting (including address or zoom meeting link).
    5. The email notification will also include the link to reschedule and cancel the appointment. In the event of any last-minute changes, please contact gmc.enquiries@grab.com no later than 1 working day before your appointment.
  • Will the Business Review be held online or virtually?

    You may select either an online Zoom Meeting or a Physical Meeting when booking your appointment on Calendly. Merchants are strongly encouraged to have a physical meeting at the Grab Merchant Centre at our Grab@one-north office for the best experience.

  • Will I be assigned the same Account Manager for each visit?

    We cannot guarantee that the same Account Manager will handle your business review for every visit. Rest assured that before each visit, your dedicated Account Manager puts together your business review and understands your historical performance on Grab. Additionally, after each visit, your Account Manager will keep a file on the outcome and key highlights of your business review, which will be accessed and reviewed by the next assigned Account Manager.

  • How do I sign up for the GMC Merchant Concierge Service?
    1. Fill out all the necessary fields in our opt-in form.
    2. After you submit your opt-in form, an email notification will be sent to you along with a contract to be signed before your Merchant Concierge Service will begin. 
    3. You will then be connected with your Operations Account Manager over WhatsApp and you can reach out to them whenever you need.
  • How will the GMC Merchant Concierge Service help me?

    With the GMC Merchant Concierge Service, you will gain access to a dedicated Operations Account Manager to handle all your day-to-day operational needs and troubleshoot store issues.

     

    Your Operations Account Manager can help you with:

    • Menu edits
    • Setting up of promotions
    • Sharing of Grab marketing campaigns
    • Checking of onboarding status for new outlets 
    • Device troubleshooting
    • Day-to-day troubleshooting
    • Post-campaign reports
  • Can I add more PICs into the WhatsApp group?

    You may add up to two PICs into the WhatsApp group with our GMC Operations Account Managers. 

    You are free to split your outlets into different WhatsApp groups should you require more PICs. However, do note that the fee per outlet per month does decrease if more outlets are grouped into the same WhatsApp group.

GrabFood delivery-partner, Thailand

COVID-19 has dealt an unprecedented blow to the tourism industry, affecting the livelihoods of millions of workers. One of them was Komsan, an assistant chef in a luxury hotel based in the Srinakarin area.

As the number of tourists at the hotel plunged, he decided to sign up as a GrabFood delivery-partner to earn an alternative income. Soon after, the hotel ceased operations.

Komsan has viewed this change through an optimistic lens, calling it the perfect opportunity for him to embark on a fresh journey after his previous job. Aside from GrabFood deliveries, he now also picks up GrabExpress jobs. It can get tiring, having to shuttle between different locations, but Komsan finds it exciting. And mostly, he’s glad to get his income back on track.
