Terms & Conditions

• The “Huatever Challenge” (“the Challenge” is organised by GrabCar Pte Ltd and its affiliates (“the Organisers” or “Grab”).

• Only eligible orders transacted on GrabFood, GrabMart, as well as Premium ride bookings, Large Car (6 seater) ride bookings and Family 6 seater ride bookings from 30 January 2026 (10:00am) to 15 February 2026 (23:59) will count towards the Huatever Challenge, while redemptions last. Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to end the Challenge or any component thereof at any time, without giving prior notice or compensation in cash or in kind.

• An Eligible transaction is defined as meeting the minimum requirements as set out in the milestones of the challenges, i.e. To qualify, each transaction should have a minimum spend of $28 (GrabFood) and $60 (GrabMart). Qualifying amounts indicated are after any promotions are applied. Minimum spend excludes delivery fees, platform fees, other miscellaneous fees, and/or discounts applied.

• Pickup & Delivery orders are eligible to count towards this Challenge.

• An Eligible ride is defined as completed rides with Premium (4 seats, 6 seats, 4 seats Executive, 6 seats Executive), Large Car 6 seater, Family 6 seater (age 1-7) or Family 6 seater (age 4-7). It excludes Large Car 9 seater or 13 seater, or Pet 6 seater and hourly rides.

• For Family Account bookings, task progress is credited to the rider, regardless of who booked the trip.

• Any Grab transaction made outside Singapore will not qualify towards the Challenge.

• Upon completion of the Challenge task, winners will receive a reward pushed to their Grab account. Each reward will have a unique 10 characters code to be used at redemption website (https://grab.rewardshub.sg/huatever-challenge-1). More details on the redemption can be found at https://grb.to/HuateverChallenge-1.

• Each valid 10 characters code entitles the participant to 1 x Twinkle Twinkle Orange Bag, 1 x Twinkle Twinkle Wall Decor and 1 x Twinkle Twinkle Red Packets, also known as the “Prize”. Redemption is limited to one (1) Prize per winner.

• Winners will be able to select the method of redemption of their prize, either (1) Collection at Letrain Redemption Centre at 2 Havelock Road, #03-03 Havelock 2, Singapore 059763 or (2) Delivery at an additional cost of SGD5 borne by winners.

• Winners are deemed to only confirm the collection of the prize, upon keying in the unique 10 characters code from their reward pushed to their Grab account, onto the redemption website and receiving a confirmation email.

• All reward codes must be redeemed on the redemption website, and a fulfilment method selected, by Sunday, 1 March 2026, 11:59pm. All prizes must be claimed/redeemed by 31 March 2026. Any prizes not claimed by 31 March 2026 may be forfeited (or disposed of, or donated, all at the Organisers’ discretion), and no claims whatsoever for payment or compensation shall be entertained. All entries regardless of date of purchase submitted after closing will be deemed invalid and do not qualify for the promotion.

• Please note that the redemption website and fulfilment operations will be closed for the Chinese New Year period from 16–20 February 2026 (both dates inclusive). Any redemptions or fulfilment requests submitted during this period will be processed after operations resume.

• The Prize is strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in part or full. No transfer of Prizes will be allowed.

• Prizes for the challenge will be capped as per the stipulated quantities set out in the milestones of the challenges, while stocks last.

• Challenge may end earlier if the rewards have been fully redeemed.

• You agree to accept any Prize you may win in its current condition at time of issuance/collection. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

• The Organisers may, at their sole and absolute discretion, substitute any prize for another prize of similar value, in circumstances that include unavailability of the original prize, illegality or non-feasibility.

• The Organisers may request for identification documents or further information to verify and check the identity of the winner, to prevent gaming and fraud.

• Failure to fulfil, and/or breach of all/part of the above terms and conditions, or any fraudulent behaviour/activity, may result in a forfeiture or clawback of prizes.

• The Organisers reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify any participant or reject participants deemed ineligible for the Challenge or any component thereof (whether under these terms and conditions or the terms and conditions of any component of the Challenge or by reason of the participant having engaged in any conduct that the Organisers consider inappropriate or unacceptable).

• The Organisers reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part or the whole of the terms and conditions of this Challenge or any component thereof at any time without giving any prior notice to the participants.

• The Organisers’ decisions in any matter in relation to the Campaign or any component thereof shall be final and conclusive. Any request for appeal and review shall not be entertained.

• The Organisers shall not be liable for any claims by the participants or be accountable for third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third party, consequential or other damages resulting from or related to this Challenge or any component thereof.

• The Organisers do not take any responsibility in the case of any event that may prevent the participants from participating in the Challenge of any component thereof, as a result of certain technical restrictions or other limitations or force majeure, which include but is not limited to regulatory events, government directive, government intervention, pandemic, movement control orders, and act of God etc.

• By participating in the Challenge, you represent you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions and the terms conditions of all components of the Challenge. Prizes or rewards given out under this Challenge or any component thereof may be subject to separate terms and conditions.

• By participating in the Challenge, each participant consents to Grab’s collection, use, disclosure and otherwise processing of his/her personal data (e.g. name, phone number, email address, residential address) to facilitate the execution of the Challenge (including notifying the winners, announcing the winners on Grab’s online platforms, delivery/collection of prizes) and for advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other related purposes without compensation, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Grab’s Privacy Notice (https://www.grab.com/sg/terms-policies/privacy-notice/).
