Once your booking has been made, considered it confirmed! On the day of the scheduled service, you will receive a notification 30 mins ahead of time to inform you that your service provider is on the way to you. 

No, all cleaning materials will be supplied by your service providers.

For first time booking, we recommend you to be in your home so you can properly orientate your service provider. In the event that you can’t be at home, please inform someone in your household to be in your home during the service period. 

You may reach out to Grab Support for any changes to your order. Please note that there’s a $15 cancellation fee for any cancellation less than 4 hours from your scheduled time.

COVID-19 has dealt an unprecedented blow to the tourism industry, affecting the livelihoods of millions of workers. One of them was Komsan, an assistant chef in a luxury hotel based in the Srinakarin area.

As the number of tourists at the hotel plunged, he decided to sign up as a GrabFood delivery-partner to earn an alternative income. Soon after, the hotel ceased operations.

Komsan has viewed this change through an optimistic lens, calling it the perfect opportunity for him to embark on a fresh journey after his previous job. Aside from GrabFood deliveries, he now also picks up GrabExpress jobs. It can get tiring, having to shuttle between different locations, but Komsan finds it exciting. And mostly, he’s glad to get his income back on track.
