Hitch Huddle 2: Go Get-Together

What’s Hitch Huddle?

A cosy get-together with our top drivers, bonding over free food, lucky draw, fun activities and more!
Hitch Huddle 2 will be happening on 18 Sep 2019, 7pm at Grab’s Marina One office.

Why Hitch Huddle?
To get to know our loyal supporters in person (you!) and thank them for their active contribution to our carpooling movement!

What’s in it for me?
1. Win up to $4800 worth of Lucky Draw prizes!

*To be eligible for the lucky draw, you need to register your Shell Escape Number here for the Hitch Club programme (you DO NOT need to register again if you have done so previously).  If you are not a Shell Escape card member yet, just visit any Shell station to get your Shell Escape card.

Special Prize: 2 lucky drivers stand a chance to win a Garmin smartwatch worth up to $449! We are giving away the Forerunner 45 and Instinct smartwatch series.

You are in for a treat! We have prepared these exclusive Hitch Club swags and a whole range of free goodies which are proudly sponsored by our partners.

3. Free food

Don’t worry, we won’t let you go hungry. With pre-dinner refreshments and a 10-course buffet spread waiting for you, come and have your fill!

4. It’s all about the Huddle!

Get to meet the faces behind Hitch, hear from the management and share your feedback with us! Plus, you get to network with fellow Hitch enthusiasts too.

5. First-hand interaction with our Hitch Club partners

We have invited 6 partners – Shell, UOB, MSIG, KGC, LiquiMoly and Healthway to setup booths to share more about their offerings. A great opportunity for you to interact with them and find out how you can save more with these exclusive deals.

COVID-19 has dealt an unprecedented blow to the tourism industry, affecting the livelihoods of millions of workers. One of them was Komsan, an assistant chef in a luxury hotel based in the Srinakarin area.

As the number of tourists at the hotel plunged, he decided to sign up as a GrabFood delivery-partner to earn an alternative income. Soon after, the hotel ceased operations.

Komsan has viewed this change through an optimistic lens, calling it the perfect opportunity for him to embark on a fresh journey after his previous job. Aside from GrabFood deliveries, he now also picks up GrabExpress jobs. It can get tiring, having to shuttle between different locations, but Komsan finds it exciting. And mostly, he’s glad to get his income back on track.
