Commutes are better when friends travel together, so get someone to join GrabShuttle Plus. For every successful referral, you and your referred friend(s) will receive SGD6 worth of rides.

How to refer:

  1. Launch the app. Tap on [HAMBURGER MENU ICON]
  2. Tap on “Get Free Rides”
  3. Tap on referral key to apply to copy to clipboard
  4. Tap “SHARE WITH FRIENDS” to share on social media
  5. Referred user registers using your referral key
  6. Receive SGD6 credit when referred user completes first ride

How to register:

  1. Download the app and register for an account
  2. Enter the referral key that was shared with you
  3. Book and complete a ride to receive SGD6 credit



  •  A referral is only considered successful when the referred user registers a GrabShuttle Plus account for the first time with a Singapore registered mobile number.
  • A successful referral entitles the referrer and the referred user to $6 ride credits each.
  • The referred user will receive the $6 ride credits upon registering for an account with the referral key, credits is valid for 90 days.
  • Referrer will receive the $6 ride credits after the referred user completes his/her 1st ride GrabShuttle Plus ride, credits are valid for 30 days.
  • There is no redemption or referral limit per user
  • Ride credits are only valid for use on GrabShuttle Plus rides.
  • Ride credits cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or offers and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash.
  • Referral feature only works with GrabShuttle Plus app version 1.8.9 and above (on both IOS and Android devices).
  • GrabCar Pte Ltd (and/or its affiliates) reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify any participant or reject participants deemed ineligible for the programme (whether due to non-compliance with these terms & conditions or the participant engaging in conduct considered to be inappropriate or unacceptable).
  • GrabCar Pte Ltd (and/or its affiliates) reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, end, amend and/or alter any part of the programme or its terms and conditions at any time without giving any prior notice or compensation to participants.

COVID-19 has dealt an unprecedented blow to the tourism industry, affecting the livelihoods of millions of workers. One of them was Komsan, an assistant chef in a luxury hotel based in the Srinakarin area.
