1. Each Challenge cannot be shared. Each Challenge is specially designed for every individual user and each user may receive different Challenges, limited to the user who has access to the Challenge in their app. Grab reserves the right to limit accessibility of participants to the Challenge in their app.
2. Challenge is valid from 21 January 2022 to 20 February 2022, or until codes are fully redeemed, subject to Grab’s discretion.
3. Challenge is only valid when you are in Singapore. Any Grab transaction made outside Singapore will not contribute towards this Challenge.
4. All Grab rides, food, mart and express GrabPay Wallet transactions are eligible for this Challenge.
5. Transactions must be paid with your GrabPay Wallet. GrabPay Wallet includes PayLater transactions.
6. Successful completion of the transaction will entitle you an entry to win one prize. Successful completion of the transaction will entitle you an entry to win one Disney+ voucher. The voucher must be redeemed by the validity date as stated in your “My Rewards” page. Grab and Disney are not liable for expired vouchers. The voucher can only be redeemed by new and returning Disney+ users with no current active subscription.
7. This Challenge cannot be replayed once it is completed or the period has ended.
8. Challenge will end when the time runs out, or when the available reward inventory runs out, whichever earlier.
9. Additional terms and conditions relating to redemption, activation, and use of Disney+ will apply.
1. Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part of the whole terms and conditions in relation to this contest at any time without giving any prior notice to you and you agree to be bound by those changes.
2. Grab’s decisions in any matter in relation to the Challenge shall be final and conclusive. Grab shall not be liable for any claims by you or third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, expectation loss, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Challenge.
3. Grab may, at its sole and absolute discretion, substitute the prize for another prize of similar value, in circumstances that include unavailability of the original prize, illegality or non-feasibility.
4. In claiming the prize, Grab may request for such identification documents or further information to verify and check the identity of the prize winner, to prevent gaming and fraud.
5. All prizes must be claimed/redeemed within the stipulated deadline. Any prizes not claimed by the deadline may be forfeited (or disposed of, or donated, all at Grab’s discretion), and no claims whatsoever for payment or compensation shall be entertained.
6. Unless otherwise stated, all prizes are non-transferable, non-sellable, non-stackable, and non-exchangeable for cash/credit in kind.
7. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore and the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
8. Grab’s role is as promoter of this Challenge. Any disputes or issues arising out of this Challenge shall be handled by Grab. Disney is not the organiser or legal promoter of this Challenge, and shall not be liable for any claims by you or third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to expired, lost, misplaced or stolen Disney+ vouchers, loss of profits, expectation loss, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third-part, consequential or other damages resulting from or in connection with this Challenge.
9. The Disney+ voucher entitles you to either a 3-month subscription of the branded entertainment subscription service known as “Disney+” from the moment of your activation of the voucher. After the 3 month period, your subscription will automatically renew through your stored payment details on a monthly basis, at the prevailing retail price at the time (currently S$11.98/mth). Cancel any time before to avoid being charged.
10. It is a mandatory condition for redemption that a user must have a valid email address, payment details for future billing (credit/debit card), and must accept the Disney+ Subscriber Agreement, Privacy Policy and Supplemental Privacy Policy for Singapore.
11. The Disney+ voucher is applicable for one-time usage, and cannot be used or combined with any other vouchers, codes, discounts or promotions.
12. The Disney+ voucher may only be redeemed by new and returning Disney+ users with no current active subscription. For the avoidance of doubt, Disney+ users who have a valid subsisting subscription to Disney+ will not be eligible to redeem the Disney+ voucher.
13. Disney reserves the sole and absolute right to alter or end the Disney+ voucher redemption and terms and conditions without giving prior notice or compensation in case or kind.

COVID-19 has dealt an unprecedented blow to the tourism industry, affecting the livelihoods of millions of workers. One of them was Komsan, an assistant chef in a luxury hotel based in the Srinakarin area.
As the number of tourists at the hotel plunged, he decided to sign up as a GrabFood delivery-partner to earn an alternative income. Soon after, the hotel ceased operations.
Komsan has viewed this change through an optimistic lens, calling it the perfect opportunity for him to embark on a fresh journey after his previous job. Aside from GrabFood deliveries, he now also picks up GrabExpress jobs. It can get tiring, having to shuttle between different locations, but Komsan finds it exciting. And mostly, he’s glad to get his income back on track.
