Verify with SingPass:

1. Tap on ‘Payment’. Then ‘Verify Now’.
2. Select ‘Login with SingPass’. Then enter your ID and password.
3. Enter the 6-Digit OTP sent via SMS. Then fill in the one-time verification and ‘Submit’

Verify manually:

1. Tap on ‘Payment’. Then ‘Verify Now’.
2. Select ‘Fill in a form manually’. Then enter your NRIC number.
3. Upload photos of your NRIC (front & back). Then ‘Submit’

Terms and Conditions

Challenges Tier I:

• This challenge is available on the Grab app from 29 November – 2 December 2019.
• To be eligible for the rebates, all transactions must be made using GrabPay credits 
• This Challenge is applicable for all in-store transactions (pay to merchant) at Metro Paragon and Metro Causeway Point only.
• “$30 GrabPay credits” rebate will be issued to the first 2000 Grab users who made >= $500 in GrabPay x Metro Black Friday Challenge
• All transactions paid by GrabPay cannot be refunded (partial / cash/ gift vouchers/ Metro vouchers) nor voided.
• In order for your transactions to be eligible for this challenge, the entire sums of $500 and/or $1000 will need to be paid using GrabPay credits.
• This challenge will be removed from the Grab app once all prizes have been redeemed. 
• “$30 GrabPay credits” rebate are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit in kind.
• Other GrabPay rebate can not be used in conjunction with this Challenge.
• Metro and Grab reserves the right to change prize to a similar offering without prior notice.
• Promotional eligibility is based on the company’s own discretion.
• Other T&Cs apply.

Top Spender Promotion:

• Winners will be announced on the campaign page grb.to/grabmetroblackfriday on 13th December 2019, and via in-app notification.
• Rewards points prize will come in the form of a voucher under the “Active Rewards” tab by 18 December, winners will have to click “Redeem Now” before the expiry date to have the amount credited to their reward points balances. 

$30 GrabPay credits rewards:

• These GrabPay Credits need to be redeemed from ‘My Rewards’ page before 31st December 2019, , no extensions of reward validity will be entertained.
• Valid for all Grab services except GrabShuttle and GrabWheels.
• For selected users only.

$150 GrabPay credits rewards:

• These GrabPay Credits need to be redeemed from ‘My Rewards’ page before 31st December 2019, no extensions of reward validity will be entertained.
