Time for some Spanish football action

Unless otherwise specified, the competition (“Grab LaLiga Ride Contest”) is open to persons (i) who are permanent residents of Singapore (ii) who have an active e-mail account iii) who is registered as a passenger on the Grab platform in Singapore (iii) who has taken at least one (1) successful Grab ride with promo code “GRABLALIGA” (iv) who have an active GrabPay account.Please note that the promo code is valid on all Grab services, except GrabHitch & GrabShuttle.

Promo Code is valid to all Grab passengers in Singapore.

Promo Code will commence from 00:00 on March 15 to 11:59 on March 31, 2018.

Book a Grab ride via the Grab App. Type in your pick-up and drop-off location. Select GrabPay as the payment method. Type in “GRABLALIGA” in the promo code field. Click Book. The code GRABLALIGA does not provide a discount off a ride – it only acts as an entry into the contest.

One (1) completed ride with code “GRABLALIGA” paid with GrabPay is equivalent to one (1) entry. Only completed rides are qualified to participate in Grab LaLiga Ride Contest. “GRABLALIGA” code cannot be used with other promo codes.

Top few Grab passengers who get the most number of “GRABLALIGA” rides paid via GrabPay within the contest period shall win the Grab LaLiga Ride Contest.

• Winners #1 & #2 with the highest number of rides – one (1) pair of premium tickets to Real Madrid vs Celta Vigo (13 May 2018) live match, inclusive of round trip economy class airfare tickets, 4D3N hotel accommodation, stadium tour and museum tour.

• Winners #3 – #22 with the highest number of rides – one (1) official autographed LaLiga football.

• Winners #23 – #32 with the highest number of rides – one (1) official autographed LaLiga polo tee.

• Winners #33 – #38 with the highest number of rides – one (1) Barcelona jersey.

• Winners #39- #44 with the highest number of rides – one (1) Real Madrid jersey.

• Winners #45- #64 with the highest number of rides – one (1) Official LaLiga football.

  4. Should you be selected for the live match experience, prize winners will need to fill in a form giving Grab their personal details. Failure to fill in the form within the specified time limit will disqualify winners for all aspects of their prize
  5. In the event the winners are disqualified, Grab reserves all rights to determine who will be the subsequent winner
  6. Winner must be above 18 years old or accompanied by an adult for the trip
  7. Winner must be able to fly to Spain from 13/05/18 to 16/05/18
  8. Grab reserves the right to change flight dates and timings
  9. The winner is responsible for obtaining and maintaining his/her own necessary visa, travel and any other travel approval(s) before the travel date.

  12. The winners will borne all cost incurred from accidents / financial loss that occurred during the trip
  13. By registering you are giving consent to be filmed/photographed and video/photos will be used on ant of Grab’s media channels.
  14. Prize winners cannot be current brand ambassadors of Grab’s current market competitors.

  16. This experience includes air travel and experiences which may not be suitable for people with medical conditions (expectant mothers, heart & high blood

Generating the total number of rides of each passenger with promo code “GRABLALIGA” and determination of winners will be on between 1 – 7 April 2018 at the Grab Singaore Head Office at 28 Sin Ming Lane, #01-143 Midview City, Singapore 573972. In case of a tie, the first Grab passenger who responds with all the necessary documents will be the winner.

Winners will be notified via their registered mailing address, mobile number and e-mail address.

Winners will be announced on Grab Singapore social media accounts between 1 – 7 April 2018

Winners will be subject to verification by Grab Singapore to authenticate their qualification to join the promo

Prize may be awarded to alternate winner if unclaimed within 60 days from receipt of registered notice, or if a selected winner otherwise does not comply with the Contest Rules.

1. Winners will receive a call from a Grab representative notifying them of their prizes and confirm that the winners can travel on the stipulate travel dates.
2. Grab representative will e-mail the winners notifying them of their prizes and a soft copy form to fill up. Winners of match tickets will have to send the filled up form with a scanned copy of their passport and the passport of the other traveller via e-mail.
3. Winners must apply the necessary visa / relevant documents in time for the travel date.
4. Grab Singapore will then make the flight bookings for the (two) 2 travellers.
5. After verification from Grab, winner will have to make payment for their taxes and surcharges. Tickets will now be issued to them.
6. Transfer of Prize: If winner wishes to transfer his prize to another person, he/she should notify the Grab representative via e-mail explaining why he wants to transfer his prize. E-mail letter should also include the complete name, address, contact number and e-mail address of the prize recipient together with scanned copy of recipients passport. Grab reserves full discretion in determining transfer of prize

• “GRAB X LALIGA” (“the Campaign”) is organised by Grab Pte Ltd. (“the Organiser”) and is open to all Grab users.
• By entering the campaign, you represent you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions of entry and you acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions and decisions of the judges and organiser without limitation or qualification. You further agree that all decisions of the organiser shall be final and conclusive.
• The campaign will run from 7-31March 2018, Grab Pte Ltd reserves the sole and absolute right to alter or end the contest at any time, without giving prior notice or compensate in cash or in kind.
• Grab Pte Ltd reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify any participant or reject participants deemed ineligible for the campaign (be it under these Terms & Conditions or has engaged in a conduct that the organiser considers inappropriate or unacceptable).
• Grab Pte Ltd reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part or the whole terms and conditions of this campaign at any time without giving any prior notice to the participants.
• Grab Pte Ltd decisions in any matter in relation to the campaign shall be final and conclusive. Any request for appeal and review shall not be entertained.
• Grab Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any claims by the participants or be accountable for third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third party, consequential or other damages resulting from or related to this contest.
• Grab Pte Ltd shall not be responsible or liable for any claims of loss or damage to property or any personal injury or loss of life resulting from or related to this contest. Participants acknowledge and agree that Grab Pte Ltd reserves the rights to disqualify any entry if it is in breach of its obligations or any terms and conditions of this contest.
• Grab Pte Ltd does not take any responsibility in the case of an event that may prevent the participants from participating in the campaign, as a result of certain technical restrictions or other limitations specific or force majeure, which include but not limited to regulatory events, government directive, government intervention and act of God etc.
• All photographs, personal information and names submitted in the campaign, will be deemed as property of Grab Pte Ltd and may be used for publicity, advertising, trade or promotion purposes in any media without obtaining any prior consent or payment from the participant.
