How do I sign up?

You may RSVP via this link (all slots are filled).

Let’s be considerate! Please sign up only if you are able to attend the event due to limited slots available. We reserve the rights to blacklist drivers who register but did not turn up for the event.

Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis. For drivers who are not selected as the first 700, you will be placed on the waiting list.

 

How do I know if I’m one of the first 700 drivers?

You will receive a SMS confirmation on your successful registration within 3 working days after RSVP.

Event invitation is non-transferable. If you can’t make it for the event, kindly email us at sara.tan@grabhitch.com with the title ‘GrabHitch x Philips Private Sale Event’ so that we can release the slots to drivers on the waiting list.

By Car:

Free parking is available at Philips APAC Center building, TP4 carpark (limited carpark lots).

In the event that the carpark is full due to overwhelming response, there are alternative public carparks nearby:

Directions from TP4 carpark to showroom:

  • After you have parked, exit from side gate of old building
  • Turn right and enter new building
  • Walk towards Consumer Care Centre
  • Showroom is located right beside Consumer Care Centre

Take 59, 141, 231 and stop at Opp Philips S’pore. Walk 5 mins to Philips APAC Center. Look for the Philips Consumer Experience Centre at level 1.

 

What to expect at registration

  • All registered drivers to share your mobile number and show your Hitch Club Profile for verification.
  • All additional guests (maximum 2 guests per driver) to be accompanied by registered driver for entry into the event.
  • A wrist band will be issued per person before entry.

COVID-19 has dealt an unprecedented blow to the tourism industry, affecting the livelihoods of millions of workers. One of them was Komsan, an assistant chef in a luxury hotel based in the Srinakarin area.

As the number of tourists at the hotel plunged, he decided to sign up as a GrabFood delivery-partner to earn an alternative income. Soon after, the hotel ceased operations.

Komsan has viewed this change through an optimistic lens, calling it the perfect opportunity for him to embark on a fresh journey after his previous job. Aside from GrabFood deliveries, he now also picks up GrabExpress jobs. It can get tiring, having to shuttle between different locations, but Komsan finds it exciting. And mostly, he’s glad to get his income back on track.
