Giving You Flexibility and Choice This new earnings scheme allows you to collect ‘Gems‘ over the week by completing jobs. These Gems converts into $cash$ rewards at the end of the week. With this new scheme, it allows you to choose your missions based on your schedule and driving patterns to collect Gems and earn. This is an automatic opt-in for all GrabCoach Partners to this new earnings programme.

Illustrative Examples

Scenario 1: Over the week Mr Tan completes 20 jobs during off-peak, and 10 job during peak hour. He earns 350 gems in total, which means he gets a $90 lump sum reward.

200 Gem for the off-peak trips + 150 Gems for peak hour trips
Total Gems earned: 350 Gems

Scenario 2: Mr Tan completes 3 unique drop offs for GrabShare Mini-bus during off-peak hour (before 5pm). This means he gets 30 GEMS for that whole trip with 3 drop offs.
