1. What counts as an active day?

Any day between 1 Feb – 28 Feb 2022 with at least 2 completed rides.

2. Who’s eligible for this incentive?

ALL GrabHitch-ONLY drivers are eligible to participate. JustGrab, GrabCar and GrabTaxi drivers are not included.

3. Do I need to drive consecutively for 20 days?

No, you do not have to. Any 20 active days would do!

4. When do I receive the incentive?

Within 10 working days after the incentive period has ended.

5. How do I receive the incentive?

The cash incentive will be credited to your Driver cash wallet.

1. Rides are counted based on the pickup time.

2. Active days are counted only if there are at least 2 rides completed within the same day.

3. This incentive will not be trackable in-app.

4. This incentive is exclusive to selected GrabHitch-ONLY drivers.

5. This incentive period starts on 1 Feb 2022 00:00 until 28 Feb 2022 23:59.

6. Eligible drivers will receive the vouchers 10 working days after the incentive period has ended.

7. Any cancellations before 28 Feb 23:59 will not be counted to this incentive.

8. Drivers with any fraudulent rides will be disqualified from this incentive.

9. GrabHitch reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

10. Selected GrabHitch-ONLY drivers are eligible to participate. JustGrab, GrabCar, and GrabTaxi drivers are not included.
