GrabAcademy Merchant Workshops and Masterclasses

Together with Enterprise Singapore and SkillsFuture, GrabAcademy will run four masterclasses annually over three years. Led by industry experts, these hands-on sessions aim to help businesses with productivity, talent management, and use digital and AI tools to grow.

GrabMerchant in Your Neighbourhood

Monthly on-the-ground sessions that bring Grab's support directly to merchants in their neighbourhoods. Featuring bite-sized masterclasses and one-on-one growth consultations with a Grab Growth Manager, these sessions spotlight practical solutions like our AI Merchant Assistant to help merchants grow more efficiently.

GrabAcademy Merchant Roundtable

Rising costs, staffing gaps, scaling hurdles — every operator faces them. These small-group roundtables bring F&B owners together to swap practical ideas and learn from industry peers, turning shared challenges into real-world insights.

1. Selected dates may be excluded, check with respective outlets.
2. Restaurant booking may be required, check with respective outlets.
3. No discount cap unless stated otherwise.
4. Selected menu items excluded: Alcohol, Set Menus.
5. Valid for one-time use at any of the restaurant’s outlets (where applicable).
6. Not stackable with other offers.
7. Takeaway may be allowed, check with respective outlets.
8. Deals cannot be used to earn other rewards from the outlet or on Grab app.
9. Offer must be presented to outlet before ordering.
10. Deals cannot be split for different transactions.

6. Promo may be stackable with GrabUnlimited delivery benefits, unless otherwise stated.
