Terms & Conditions for GrabFood Passport Lucky Draw:
1. Only Eligible orders transacted on GrabFood and GrabMart with the participating merchant-partners for each of the lucky draw cycles, ordered between the start and end date of the relevant lucky draw cycle, will count towards the respective draw cycle.
2. An Eligible order is defined as completing 1 order from participating stores, with a minimum spend of $20 per order.
3. In order to enter the lucky draw, users have to complete 2 orders (min spend $20) from participating stores from the same featured country. The list of stores will refresh every Thursday, till 26 May.
4. Any Grab transaction made outside Singapore will not earn chances towards any draw.
5. Not applicable to transactions made via cash payment.
6. The prizes may be issued to the winners in the form of a e-voucher that will be pushed to your Grab App if you are one of the chosen lucky winners.
7. Winners will be picked randomly after the entire Grab Passport Campaign ends on 26 May 2021.
8. Results of the draw will be announced on the Grab App Home itself by 30 Jun 2021.
9. Putting in multiple eligible orders in each Lucky Draw cycle will increase your chances of winning. Each eligible order will constitute 1 chance. Chances cannot be carried over to the next lucky draw cycle.
10. Each person is only allowed to win 1 prize per Lucky Draw, and only be awarded in one lucky draw during the entire duration of the campaign. Hence, persons who have won a prize in one of the challenges cannot win again in another challenge of this campaign.
11. Winners of the draw will be notified via any means of communication deemed appropriate by the Organisers, including, but not limited to, in-app notification, call or email.
12. You agree to accept any prize you may win in its current condition at time of issuance/collection. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
13. Any fraudulent activity detected may result in a clawback of prizes.
14. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the Draw: 1) The employees, contractors or other personnel (whether permanent, temporary or contract-basis) of any of the Organisers and their immediate family members (that is, spouses, children, parents, brothers and sisters); and 2) The employees, contractors or other personnel (whether permanent, temporary or contract-basis) of other entities involved in the conduct, implementation and/or administration of the Campaign (as determined by GrabTaxi in its sole discretion).
15. The Organisers may, at their sole and absolute discretion, substitute any prize for another prize of similar value, in circumstances that include unavailability of the original prize, illegality or non-feasibility.
16. The Organisers may request for identification documents or further information to verify and check the identity of the winner, to prevent gaming and fraud.
17. All prizes must be claimed/redeemed within the stipulated deadline. Any prizes not claimed by the deadline may be forfeited (or disposed of, or donated, all at the Organisers’ discretion), and no claims whatsoever for payment or compensation shall be entertained.
18. Unless otherwise provided, all prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash/credit in kind.
19. Failure to fulfil, and/or breach of all/part of the above terms and conditions may result in a forfeiture or clawback of prizes.

COVID-19 has dealt an unprecedented blow to the tourism industry, affecting the livelihoods of millions of workers. One of them was Komsan, an assistant chef in a luxury hotel based in the Srinakarin area.

As the number of tourists at the hotel plunged, he decided to sign up as a GrabFood delivery-partner to earn an alternative income. Soon after, the hotel ceased operations.

Komsan has viewed this change through an optimistic lens, calling it the perfect opportunity for him to embark on a fresh journey after his previous job. Aside from GrabFood deliveries, he now also picks up GrabExpress jobs. It can get tiring, having to shuttle between different locations, but Komsan finds it exciting. And mostly, he’s glad to get his income back on track.
