Terms & Conditions For GrabRentals 8th Anniversary (hereafter referred to as the “Event”)

• Grab Rentals Pte Ltd (“Grab”) shall not be responsible for any personal injuries or damage to or loss of property, illness and/or any expenses and/or costs relating to any of the foregoing, incurred or suffered by me in relation to the Event, regardless of whether such personal injuries or damage to or loss of property, illness, expenses and/or costs were due to or caused by negligence on the part of Grab, its directors or employees, agents or contractors.
• I will at all times keep Grab and its directors, contractors, agents and employees (collectively the “Indemnified Parties” and individually an “Indemnified Party”) fully and effectively indemnified from and against all liabilities, claims, damages, losses, costs, charges and expenses to which the Indemnified Parties may be exposed or which the Indemnified Parties may incur, suffer, sustain or for which the Indemnified Parties may be rendered legally liable in connection with my involvement in the Event.
• By being involved in the Event, I consent to the collection, use and disclosure of my personal data, photograph, voice, likeness, and image (whether drawn from photographs, video and/or audio recordings taken or recorded by or on behalf of Grab) for the following purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and Grab’s group Privacy Policy (available at www.grab.com.sg/privacy/):

(a) publicity, advertising, trade or promotion purposes in relation to the Event, on any media (including but not limited to websites and social media); and

(b) general publicity and marketing activities of Grab’s group of companies on any media (including but not limited to websites and social media), which may be unrelated to the Event.

Lucky Draw Terms & Conditions

• Eligible GrabRentals participants who turn up at the GrabRentals 8th Birthday Bash (hereafter referred to as the “Event) will be issued an event coupon with the lucky draw number printed on it (e.g. GR12345).
• Lucky Draw winning numbers will be announced on 5 October 2024, between 1-4PM at the Event.
• The original event coupon with the winning lucky draw number must be presented for prize redemption by 5 October 2024, 4PM.
• All prizes cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
• Prizes won are non-transferable.
• Prizes given out under this Lucky Draw may be subject to separate terms and conditions (in this case, prizes from the Grab Rentals Pte Ltd (“Grab”) and/or any terms and conditions with regards to the prizes by the applicable manufacturers).
• Any prize which is unclaimed by 4PM on 5 October 2024 shall be forfeited (or disposed of, or donated, all at Grab’s discretion). Grab will not entertain any claims after the stipulated deadline.
• This Lucky Draw is open to main hirer-partners with a valid and existing vehicle rental contract with Grab as at 5 October 2024, who have not scheduled for any car return before 5 October 2024.
• In the event a participant wins more than 1 prize in the Lucky Draw, he/she will only be entitled to the prize that was won first.
• In the event a Lucky Draw winner has an outstanding amount owed to Grab or any of its affiliates, the Lucky Draw prize will be used to offset the outstanding amount. The winner will receive the remaining balance after deduction.
• Grab will not be responsible for any loss of prize after the prize has been handed over to the prize winner.
• Grab may, at its sole and absolute discretion, substitute any prize for another prize of similar value.
• Grab’s decisions in any matter in relation to the Lucky Draw shall be final and conclusive. Any request for appeal and review shall not be entertained.
• Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to vary these Terms and Conditions, suspend, or cancel this lucky draw at any time without giving any prior notice.
• By participating in the Lucky Draw, you are deemed to have consented to Grab and/or such third-party appointed by Grab for collecting and processing your personal data to give full effect to the Lucky Draw, for the express purpose of awarding the prizes, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and Grab’s group Privacy Notice (available at https://www.grab.com/sg/terms-policies/privacy-policy/).
