I appreciate the efficiency of the Grab staff. I received a welcome call to join the copilot programme that will benefit new drivers like myself. The programme was especially useful for me as I get nervous with technology. Now, I am able to work independently without seeking help from my friends.

This initiative is to assist newly on-board delivery-partners for a period of 4 weeks. Part of the programme may include on-job training, as well as a detailed run-through of the Driver App, Incentives and Benefits of the Grab Platform.
All newly-onboarded delivery-partners will receive a call from our Grab Acquisition team for an invitation to attend the Co-Pilot Programme within 24 hours of account activation. All new delivery-partners can book via the in-app/sms/email message when their account has been activated.
