All newly onboarded delivery-partners will receive an invitation to attend the Co-Pilot Programme within 24 hours of account activation. All new delivery-partners can sign up when their account has been activated.

Our dedicated Grab Delivery Captains will be guiding you for the co-pilot programme. They have the tips and tricks that are specific to your preferred delivery zones. After the session, you will have up to 4 weeks of support from them.
All modes of delivery will also be able to benefit from this curated programme. Let our Grab Delivery Captains know if you’re changing vehicle types and they can guide you accordingly.
We currently have more than 30 slots per week islandwide. These are locations and timings that are ideal for the programme.
Yes! The Co-Pilot Programme is free for all delivery-partners. No funding required.
Yes, please bring along all your delivery gear as you are required to complete 1 job during the programme.
We know that not “every day is sunday”. Please inform the Delivery Captain earlier, as they have set aside time and released shifts for your session. Reschedule as needed with them.
The programme is specifically designed for newly activated to help them get started. But if you need a co-pilot to get you back on track, you can sign up and let the delivery captain know when they reach out.
