Challenge T&C

  • The Challenge is organised by GrabCar Pte Ltd and its affiliates (“Grab”). Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to end the Challenge or any component thereof at any time, without giving prior notice or compensation in cash or in kind.
  • Only eligible orders transacted from merchants under the “Only on Grab” category in the Grab App from 20 May 2026 (10.00am) – 31 May 2026 (11.59pm) will count towards the Sanrio Characters ♡ Only on Grab Challenge, while redemptions last.
  • An Eligible transaction is defined as meeting the minimum requirements as set out in the milestones of the challenges, i.e. To qualify, each transaction should have a minimum spend of $40 (GrabFood) and $65 (GrabMart) on “Only on Grab” merchants that are only on GrabFood or GrabMart.
  • Minimum spend excludes delivery fees, platform fees, other miscellaneous fees, and/or discounts applied.
  • Pick up & Delivery orders are eligible to count towards this Challenge.

  • Any Grab transaction made outside Singapore will not qualify towards the Challenge.
  • Upon completion of the Challenge milestone, winners will receive a reward pushed to their Grab account. Each reward will have a unique 8 characters code to be used at the redemption website (grab.rewardshub.sg/onlyongrab). More details on the redemption can be found at grb.to/onlyongrab-sanrio.
  • Each valid 8 characters code entitles the participant to 1 Sanrio character Tumbler (440ml) which will be given at random (Hello Kitty, Cinnamoroll or Kuromi design) also known as the “prize”.
  • Winners will be able to select the method of redemption of their prize either (1) Collection at Letrain Redemption Centre at 2 Havelock Road, #03-03 Havelock 2, Singapore 059763 or (2) Delivery at an additional cost of SGD5 borne by winners.
  • Winners are deemed to only confirm the collection of the prize, upon keying in the unique 8 characters code from their reward pushed to their Grab account, onto the redemption website and receiving a confirmation email.
  • All reward codes must be redeemed on the redemption website, and a fulfilment method selected, by Sunday, 7 June 2026, 11:59pm. All prizes must be claimed/redeemed by 30 June 2026. Any prizes not claimed by 30 June 2026 may be forfeited (or disposed of, or donated, all at the Organisers’ discretion), and no claims whatsoever for payment or compensation shall be entertained. All entries regardless of date of purchase submitted after closing will be deemed invalid and do not qualify for the promotion.
  • The prize is strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in part or full. No transfer of prizes will be allowed.
  • Prize(s) for the Challenge will be capped as per the stipulated quantities set out in the milestones of the Challenge, while stocks last.
  • You agree to accept any prize you may win in its current condition at time of issuance/collection. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.
  • Challenge may end earlier if the rewards have been fully redeemed.

The Organisers may, at their sole and absolute discretion, substitute any prize for another prize of similar value, in circumstances that include unavailability of the original prize, illegality or non-feasibility.

  • The Organisers may request for identification documents or further information to verify and check the identity of the winner, to prevent gaming and fraud.
  • All prizes must be claimed/redeemed within the stipulated deadline. Any prizes not claimed by the deadline may be forfeited (or disposed of, or donated, all at Grab’s discretion), and no claims whatsoever for payment or compensation shall be entertained.
  • Failure to fulfil, and/or breach of all/part of the above terms and conditions may result in a forfeiture or clawback of prizes.

Other terms and conditions:

  • Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify any participant or reject participants deemed ineligible for the Challenge or any component thereof (whether under these terms and conditions or the terms and conditions of any component of the Challenge or by reason of the participant having engaged in any conduct that the Organisers consider inappropriate or unacceptable).
  • Grab reserves the sole and absolute right to withdraw, amend and/or alter any part or the whole of the terms and conditions of this Challenge or any component thereof at any time without giving any prior notice to the participants.
  • Grab’s decisions in any matter in relation to the Challenge or any component thereof shall be final and conclusive. Any request for appeal and review shall not be entertained.
  • Grab shall not be liable for any claims by the participants or be accountable for third-party claims or losses of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profits, punitive, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or for other damages and any related claims of any nature, including direct, indirect, third party, consequential or other damages resulting from or related to this Challenge or any component thereof .
  • Grab does not take any responsibility in the case of any event that may prevent the participants from participating in the Challenge of any component thereof, as a result of certain technical restrictions or other limitations or force majeure, which include but is not limited to regulatory events, government directive, government intervention, pandemic, movement control orders, and act of God etc.
  • By participating in the Challenge, each participant consents to Grab’s collection, use, disclosure and otherwise processing of his/her personal data (e.g. name, phone number, email address, residential address) to facilitate the execution of the Challenge (including notifying the winners, announcing the winners on Grab’s online platforms, delivery/collection of prizes) and for advertising, promotional, marketing and/or other related purposes without compensation, in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Grab’s Privacy Notice (https://www.grab.com/sg/terms-policies/privacy-notice/).

COVID-19 has dealt an unprecedented blow to the tourism industry, affecting the livelihoods of millions of workers. One of them was Komsan, an assistant chef in a luxury hotel based in the Srinakarin area.

As the number of tourists at the hotel plunged, he decided to sign up as a GrabFood delivery-partner to earn an alternative income. Soon after, the hotel ceased operations.

Komsan has viewed this change through an optimistic lens, calling it the perfect opportunity for him to embark on a fresh journey after his previous job. Aside from GrabFood deliveries, he now also picks up GrabExpress jobs. It can get tiring, having to shuttle between different locations, but Komsan finds it exciting. And mostly, he’s glad to get his income back on track.
