IMPORTANT DETAILS TO NOTE:

  • Each response will come with a pair of tickets (i.e. 2 tickets per Driver/Delivery-Partner).
  • This invitation is STRICTLY NON-TRANSFERABLE and valid for a maximum request of 2 tickets per partner. Partners must be present on the day itself to be able to collect the tickets and enter the cinema.
  • Please do not forward this invitation to others. 
  • Please RSVP only if you are able to commit to the timing as slots are very limited. There will be a $20 penalty for each no-show.
  • To allow everyone a fair chance to RSVP for the tickets, this form will be open on 20 July 2022 at 3PM.
  • The form will close on 21 July 2022, 5PM, or earlier, whenever all slots have been taken up. We reserve the right to close the form anytime due to overwhelming responses.

COVID-19 has dealt an unprecedented blow to the tourism industry, affecting the livelihoods of millions of workers. One of them was Komsan, an assistant chef in a luxury hotel based in the Srinakarin area.

As the number of tourists at the hotel plunged, he decided to sign up as a GrabFood delivery-partner to earn an alternative income. Soon after, the hotel ceased operations.

Komsan has viewed this change through an optimistic lens, calling it the perfect opportunity for him to embark on a fresh journey after his previous job. Aside from GrabFood deliveries, he now also picks up GrabExpress jobs. It can get tiring, having to shuttle between different locations, but Komsan finds it exciting. And mostly, he’s glad to get his income back on track.
