With this service, multiple parcels can be picked up from one location, and these packages can be delivered to different customers.
You can also arrange the sequence of deliveries according to priority.

Tap on the Delivery Form option on the Grab app.
Fill out the initial details of your customer.
Share the delivery form link to your customer through SMS or through a third-party messaging app. Including a customized message is optional. Let the recipient do the rest! They can check if their name and contact number are correct, and they can also pin the delivery to the right location.
A notification will be sent to your app once they’re done filling out the form.
Review the details of the form that your customer sent. You may use this delivery form again for future deliveries.
