  • What payment methods are accepted?

    We support card payments (Mastercard and Visa) and QRPH-enabled mobile wallets/banks (e.g., GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO Pay). You can enable one or both options.

  • How will I be paid for in-store card & QR transactions?

    Payments for in-store card and QR transactions will be settled to your merchant account the next calendar day, similar to GrabFood and GrabMart delivery settlements.

  • What if I don't have a compatible device?

    We can provide a free replacement or upgrade for merchants with a Grab-issued Sunmi device. If you didn’t opt for a Grab-issued device earlier, you can purchase an NFC-enabled device through Grab for $200 per device.
