Steps to Claim

For: All Driver and Delivery-Partners (On-the-job accidents).

  1. Medical Attention: Go to the nearest hospital or healthcare centre immediately.
  2. Reports: Lodge a police report and report the accident to Grab Support. You will receive detailed instructions from the Grab Support team.
  3. Forms: Download and fill in the Personal Accident Claim Form available on the Grab Help Centre.
  4. Submission: Submit the form along with necessary documents (medical reports, receipts) via the Help Centre. This must be done no later than 30 days after the accident.

For: Eligible Delivery-Partners (Off-the-job accidents).
Note: This plan has very specific documentation requirements regarding your eligibility tier.

  1. Immediate Action: Once the accident occurs, you must lodge a police report within 24 hours.
  2. Grab Report: Lodge a report in the Grab Help Centre.
  3. Prepare Documents: You must compile the following specific items:
    • The Chubb Personal Accident Claim Form.
    • A screenshot of your GrabBenefits Tier.
    • The Booking ID from the time of the accident.
  4. Processing: Submit these documents to process the claim and receive payment.

For: Grab Partners (and families) who purchased this upgrade.

  1. Get the Form: Download the specific Personal Accident Claim Form.
  2. Documentation: Refer to the “Document Checklists” provided in the Claim FAQ to ensure you have all necessary proofs of treatment and incident.
  3. Submission: Submit the completed form and documents. Like the other plans, this is underwritten by Chubb and follows a pay and claim model.

For: Driver-Partners (Vehicle and third-party liability).

  • Method: This insurance operates on a pay and claim basis.
  • Process: Specific coverage details and claim procedures are handled by your selected Grab panel insurer. You should refer to the specific insurer you selected within the app for their precise claim forms and submission portals.

The SOCSO Self-Employment Social Security Scheme (SPS) provides comprehensive protection for individuals against self-employment injuries during work-related activities. This coverage includes medical benefits, temporary and permanent disablement benefits, and rehabilitation.

In the unfortunate event of an accident, we have streamlined the process to help you get support quickly:

  1. Seek Medical Attention: Go to the nearest hospital immediately.
  2. Report It: Make a police report and contact Grab Support.
  3. Submit Documents: Submit your claim forms and necessary documents (such as medical reports and receipts) to your nearest SOCSO office.

  1. Rawatan Perubatan: Pergi ke hospital atau pusat kesihatan terdekat dengan segera.
  2. Laporan: Buat laporan polis dan laporkan kemalangan tersebut kepada Grab Support. Anda akan menerima arahan terperinci daripada pasukan kami.
  3. Borang: Muat turun dan isi Borang Tuntutan Kemalangan Peribadi yang boleh didapati di Pusat Bantuan Grab.
  4. Penghantaran: Serahkan borang bersama dokumen yang diperlukan (laporan perubatan, resit) melalui Pusat Bantuan. Ini mesti dilakukan tidak lewat daripada 30 hari selepas kemalangan berlaku.

Kelayakan: Rakan Penghantar yang layak (Kemalangan di luar waktu bekerja).
Nota: Pelan ini mempunyai keperluan dokumentasi yang sangat khusus mengenai peringkat kelayakan anda.

  1. Tindakan Segera: Sebaik sahaja kemalangan berlaku, anda mesti membuat laporan polis dalam tempoh 24 jam.
  2. Laporan Grab: Buat laporan di Pusat Bantuan Grab.
  3. Sediakan Dokumen: Anda mesti mengumpulkan item khusus berikut:
    • Borang Tuntutan Kemalangan Peribadi Chubb.
    • Tangkapan skrin (screenshot) Peringkat GrabBenefits anda.
    • ID Tempahan semasa waktu kemalangan berlaku.
  4. Pemprosesan: Serahkan dokumen-dokumen ini untuk memproses tuntutan dan menerima bayaran.

Kelayakan: Rakan Grab (dan keluarga) yang telah membeli peningkatan (upgrade) ini.

  1. Dapatkan Borang: Muat turun Borang Tuntutan Kemalangan Peribadi yang khusus.
  2. Dokumentasi: Rujuk “Senarai Semak Dokumen” yang disediakan dalam Soalan Lazim (FAQ) Tuntutan untuk memastikan anda mempunyai semua bukti rawatan dan insiden yang diperlukan.
  3. Penghantaran: Serahkan borang dan dokumen yang lengkap. Seperti pelan lain, pelan ini ditaja jamin oleh Chubb dan mengikut model “bayar dan tuntut” (pay and claim).

Kelayakan: Rakan Pemandu (Kenderaan dan liabiliti pihak ketiga). 

  • Kaedah: Insurans ini beroperasi atas dasar “bayar dan tuntut”.
  • Proses: Butiran perlindungan khusus dan prosedur tuntutan dikendalikan oleh syarikat insurans panel Grab yang anda pilih. Anda harus merujuk kepada penanggung insurans khusus yang anda pilih dalam aplikasi untuk mendapatkan borang tuntutan dan portal penghantaran mereka yang tepat.

Skim Keselamatan Sosial Pekerjaan Sendiri (SKSPS) PERKESO memberikan perlindungan komprehensif bagi individu terhadap kecederaan pekerjaan semasa melakukan aktiviti berkaitan kerja. Perlindungan ini termasuk faedah perubatan, faedah hilang upaya sementara dan kekal, serta pemulihan.

  1. Dapatkan Rawatan Perubatan: Pergi ke hospital terdekat dengan segera.
