1. What is the GrabExpress x HappyFresh partnership pilot programme?

As part of the plan to bring in partners to increase demand for GrabExpress, GrabExpress is entering into a partnership with HappyFresh. HappyFresh is an online grocery delivery service where customers can order groceries from various supermarkets and stores around Klang Valley and have them delivered to their home. HappyFresh utilizes a team of shoppers (who buys the items in the stores) and drivers (who picks up the items from the shopper and delivers to the customer)

In this partnership between GrabExpress and HappyFresh, some HappyFresh orders will be delivered to customers by GrabExpress delivery partners. As a start, we would like to pilot the partnership in selected stores first.

2. Where is the pilot programme?

During the pilot phase, we are trialling out one store first, TMC Bangsar in Lucky Garden, Bangsar. More stores will be added in the future.

3. Who can be a part of it?

Delivery partners who do both GrabExpress and GrabFood are invited to be part of the pilot programme. You have been automatically added into the service.

4. How do I take a HappyFresh job?

HappyFresh jobs are very similar to a regular GrabExpress job, where you pick up from one location and immediately deliver to another location.

Receiving an order

  • You will receive a booking which says ‘GrabExpress (Beta) SameDay’. Please note that this is still an instant job and that you will need to pick up and deliver immediately
  • Fares and commission structure for HappyFresh jobs are the same as a normal GrabExpress job
  • Please accept the order

Picking up an order

  • After accepting the order, please proceed to the pick-up point. You will be picking up the order from a HappyFresh shopper, who will be identifiable via their HappyFresh uniform. You may call/SMS the shopper from your Grab Driver app. Please note that GrabChat will not be available
  • Please pick up the item from this location:

Delivering an order

  • After picking up, please proceed to the drop-off point. You will be delivering to a HappyFresh customer. You may call/SMS the customer from your Grab Driver app. Please note that GrabChat will not be available
  • Please drop off the item to the customer’s doorstep

5. How different is the HappyFresh job compared to other GrabExpress jobs?

The only differences are:

  • On the job card, instead of ‘GrabExpress Bike (Beta)’, the order will say ‘GrabExpress (Beta) Same Day’. You may check if you have GrabExpress (Beta) Same Day in your driver profile page
  • You will not be able to use GrabChat to communicate with the sender (shopper) or recipient (customer). Please call/SMS to ask questions or provide updates on your status
  • If you encounter any issues, instead of calling the GrabExpress customer service, please call the HappyFresh customer service at 03-92120192

6. How much can I earn with a HappyFresh job?

The fare and commission structure is the same as a regular GrabExpress job.

7. What happens if I cannot contact the sender?

Please contact HappyFresh Customer Service at 03-92120192.

8. What happens if I cannot contact the recipient?

Please contact HappyFresh Customer Service at 03-92120192.

9. What happens if I encounter any delays during pickup/dropoff?

Please contact HappyFresh Customer Service at 03-92120192.

10. What happens if the customer has any complaints/issues when I drop off the item?

AEON

  • Valid from 15 Jan 2022 – 28 Feb 2022
  • Minimum spend: RM88
  • Limited to 62,500 redemptions 
  • TWO(2) redemptions per user throughout the campaign

1. Campaign period is from 15 January 2022 (12:00am) – 28 February 2022 (11.59pm).
2. GrabPay users are eligible for a “RM8 rebate” in your “My Rewards” when you spend a minimum of RM88 on a single receipt via GrabPay Wallet.
3. The offer of “RM8 rebate” is limited to a total of 62,500 redemptions throughout the campaign period.
4. Offer is valid for TWO (2) in-store redemptions with a cap of ONE(1) redemption per user per day throughout the campaign. Shared across AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, and AEON Wellness throughout the campaign period. 
5. The “RM8 rebate” will be awarded instantly with a minimum transaction of RM88 with GrabPay at all outlets of AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, AEON Wellness; The rebate can be found under “My Rewards”. Rebate must be redeemed by clicking “use now” under “My Rewards” 30 days from the date of issuance.
6. The campaign will cease once all redemptions have been fully awarded or at the expiration of the campaign period, whichever is earlier.
7. Offer is based on a first come first served and while stocks last basis only.
8. Grab and AEON Group shall not be under any obligation to inform users, on any communication channels once the offer has been fully redeemed.
9. Offer is only available for AEON Co, AEON BiG, AEON MaxValu Prime, and AEON Wellness physical stores purchases at cashier counter only via GrabPay Wallet; offer is not applicable for online or GrabMart purchases.
10. Offer is not exchangeable for cash or replacements.
11. Offer is not valid with any other voucher, discount or promotion.
12. Grab and AEON Group reserve the right to alter, extend or terminate the promotion, or amend the terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the promotion, the decision of Grab and AEON Group shall be final.
13. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising out of or in connection with promotion shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Malaysia.
14. This rebate is non-transferable to any party.
